Have previously done excellent work over many years, but have billed 600 NZD to fix a problem that was caused by them in the first instance, and took 40 minutes to effect..The bill was disputed,but reissued as overdue.The bill will not be paid, and will be subject to a small claims filing early in the new year unless resolved by verbal agreement to our mutual satisfaction prior. I can see why a change of name and amalgamation was considered appropriate. Guys,… the days of plumbers and electricians extorting money for not a lot of work are over. Share the pain the rest of us have."

  "Helpful, friendly, turned up ontime. But never actually got round to providing the service I requested, didnt hear from them again till I got a bill that was taking the ****. $100 to turn up to see what work needed doing and never actually turn up to do the work as requested.

  No Reliability after the initial scoping, No Shame.

  Stay away."

  "We use John and co whenever we have any plumbing work required (hopefully not too often). Trevor has generally looked after us and is always a pleasure to deal with. Turns up on time, the work is good. Perhaps a little pricey at times. But if you want a quality reliable job done I would definitely recommend these guys."
