    "On time and efficient. A slight hiccup with my sensor light as wasn't fixed by Electrician as requested. Phoned Jacks and they sent Electrician to look at the problem pretty much the following day. Turns out it was a faulty sensor light (which I had purchased) so Electrician bought a replacement and now working perfectly."

    "Initially, I was a little put off by the name. As the saying goes, master of none.....However, I was let down by an airconditioning installater who didn't want to do any work, so next on the list was Jack of All Trades. I am pleased to say they did an excellent job, on time, on budget. Would definately try them again for other jobs."

    "These guys are cowboys and should be avoided. I used them on a previous occasion and they seemed ok at the time but very expensive. Door was hanging off its hinges in a rental property. It got fixed and the guy who did it (Anthony)said he made sure it would not happen again by securing the door with extra screws, changing 3 of the hinges and moving the strike plate to ensure the door closed better. What a joke. 3 months later the door got completely jammed closed and would not open or close (no doubt because of the newly moved strike plate which was done at Anthony\'s suggestion). He told my tenants he would be back the next day and he would ring me and let me know what was happening. I never heard a thing for 10 days and I assumed it was all fixed. However, he had forgotten about it and my tenants could not get in or out of the house! I tried to ring the manager to discuss the situation and was told he could not be bothered to speak to me but to put my complaint in writing (which I did). He never replied to my complaint and instead the office manager told me to pay up or they would send it to the debt collectors! The door eventually got fixed but I found out that they had charged me for 3 new hinges on the door (in the original job) but never provided them to me. They were not at all apologetic for their shoddy workmanship, overcharging and poor communication and I have not to this day received an explanation or apology. Avoid these people at all costs"

    "Due to our recent correspondence with you Pauline, this rating was definitely expected. I find it very unfortunate that you as a customer I dealt with personally would decide that \"Poor communication\" was an issue surrounding this job. The only \"Poor communication\" I can see is between your tenant and yourself. They were advised that they needed to stop slamming and hanging off the door or the hinges will break again, which is exactly what happened. It takes a considerable amount of force to bend, contort and snap aluminium hinges attached to an aluminium frame. We guarantee all our workmanship for 7years. If you felt like the job was not of a sufficient standard then you should have approached us straight after the job rather than 3months later. Sourcing the part to repair the door I will admit, was longer than anticipated for which I apologised. But as soon as I was made aware of this I tracked down this part and had Tony back onsite that day as per your request, further discussions with you over the phone included a considerable amount of apologies from myself regarding (all the above) complaints stressed over the phone aswell as explanations for all... The biggest one being... Your Tenants Need To Take Better Care Of The Door. There was NO \'Shoddy\' workmanship Pauline. You have a repaired door just as you did back in October so the only real problem we have now is confusion. We wish you the best of luck with any future dealings you have surrounding this particular door. I would also advise that if you have a grievance with any trade work from any company that you follow up promptly to avoid any discrepancies such as this. "

    "The property is an investment property. Apparently Brad & Clint were running a little late in getting to the property. Jack Maintenance left a message on my home answerphone advising that they were running late, but this would not have been of much use to the tenants. I assume a similar message was given to the tenants. Only a small issue - tenants and myself are happy with the work done / service given. Thanks. "

    "JACKS is great! we woke up this morning with a blocked sink.. i saw JACKS car drive into my street, Tom was doing a quote to clean our complex's gutters and de-moss the roof. We asked him about our drain problem and he happily came in, got his gear out and fixed our sink! realy nice guy and loves what he does. very professional and effcient. would definitely call JACKS in future for anything we need!"
