"We were extremely pleased with the work and updates given by Jade. He completed the exterior of our rental property within the quote although there was more work required than first envisioned. Not being on site, he kept us informed with regular updated and photos of his progress. He kept our Tennants informed and kept the disruptions for them down to the minimum. When it was discovered that the scaffolders had damaged a pot he was onto them immediately and resolved the problem without any fuss."

"We were recommended Jade Painting & Decorating by a friend. We called him to come around and quote us for an eternal house paint. He was around the next day. We received an amazing quote, it was comprehensive and everything was itemised.
His team turned up and began work.
We had the old part of the house stripped back to wood. The prep work was thorough and they cleaned up each day.
After choosing my colours, the painting began Jade and the team were approachable and kept us informed.
We were absolutely thrilled with the results. We are wanting the interior painted and will definitely use Jade and his team again.."

"Jade and team completed a full internal repaint on a recent property purchase. I have engaged a number of firms over the last 20 years as I have renovated the houses I have lived in. I have today that through their hard work and extremely high standard of work, this particular home was transformed from an absolute eyesore to a lovely modern home. I then had Jade come back to complete a repaint of the outside which was again completed to an extremely high standard. My home went from being the worst house on the street to the best by far. "I would definitely recommend Jade Painting and Decorating, and have recommended them to friends. Jade provided quote options and clearly explained the advantages and disadvantages of each, and it is this professional advice you need to make a decision. Jade's quote for the inside work was cheaper than the other quote, the outside work was more expensive but that's because of the option I chose. The other painter quoting did not explain exactly what work would be done outside.

Everything went really smoothly, particularly in comparison to other people I've had working on the house. They started and finished when Jade said they would, and kept me informed of progress. The quality of the work is great, and the attitude of Jade and his team was also great, they are friendly and polite and respected me and my house.

I would definitely use them again!"
