"I brought my car to the workshop with serious vibration. Certainly, i had no idea what the reason for this. Roger take my car for a test drive and then diagnose with some hi-tech tool and told me the one of the cylinder is misfire----i have no idea what this means. however, l left the car in workshop for 2 days. When i picked up the car, the vibration is gone and the acceleration respond is even better than before. Roger told me he clear the throttle body and reset it as he saw it quite dirt built-up. Awesome workshop and definitely will come back in the future."

"absolutely cowboy... already spent like hundreds on them. every service spends much more than I expected. my old toyota spent more than $400 to change break... break oil change cost me more than $300. I just feel like a piggy bank for them every time I go there. Now I feel more confident on my English. Will go there NO MORE!"

"took car in for soft brake problem, mechanic did a 15mins pocking around, the wheels are still on. and said master cylinder is leaking and recommended a second hand replacement, total quote for 330. also paid 35 dollars for the 15 mins inspection. when pitstop offer free safety checks.

not happy with the service and will not go back.

the brake problem was later fixed by a VTNZ technician, cost 150, and it's just some air in the brake line. most of the cost is for cheking the whole brake system and each components working, which is the right way to inspect brakes. so thumbs down for Joshua motors,"

"My car was juddering when I drove (the serious of which was escalating quickly), so I left it at Joshua Motors for a full service, plus it also needed air conditioning fluid as it was completely out. I was called and told that for everything to be done it was going to cost me $1,300, including with a WoF, which I paid, and got the car back. The car almost immediately started juddering again - if anything, it was worse than before, so I took it back for them to have another (free) look. Again they rang and said they had identified and fixed the problem. Wrong. Eventually I decided to look under the bonnet myself - and found that the battery had been duct taped together. Literally, silver duct tape had been wrapped around and around my battery. Except the battery had semi-exploded, and there was rust-coloured bubblywater (or acid) all over the battery and the engine. I did ring them and was pretty annoyed, but that week the car died and I knew I wasn\'t getting any insurance money or my $1,300 back from them. *** I later found out that the entire problem was because the car was out of oil. OIL. Yes I should have known, but isn\'t that what I paid $1,300 for them to do, among other things Why couldn\'t they have refunded at least part of my money when I rang them to say \"you can\'t just tape my battery together and charge me over a thousand dollars for it\" How could they send my car back to me after the \'service\' far worse than it had been before And during the service, why wasn\'t air conditioning fluid ever mentioned (nor replaced) ***I have photos of the rust coloured water and the duct tape in the engine.***"

"These guys are just great - I have to say at the beginning ( a couple of years ago) I wasn\'t expecting much - but the relationship they build and the options they offer are tops - cost effective solutions all the time! Whats more their general pricing is very good - and when I got a service recently I got more than I expected - a wash, a vacuum, and a general tidy up without asking ( and god knows the car needed it!)
    Thanks guys!!
