    "I recently engaged Just Bathrooms to complete a small renovation of my downstairs bathroom. Jeff provided me with a detailed quote and a schedule showing the work to be completed each day. Jeff was very patient and accommodating with me when I changed my mind on a couple of things originally agreed to and was always willing to explain to me anything I didn't fully understand.

    Jeff's years of experience, professionalism and attention to detail are immediately obvious and my bathroom was… completed to an exceptionally high standard. Jeff displays an outstanding work ethic and is always 100% committed to the task at hand. The work of all his sub-contractors is also of an exceptionally high standard and they too demonstrated real dedication to their work, always turning up on time on their scheduled days and working extremely hard. Jeff and his sub-contractors are all very polite, helpful and totally trustworthy and all were a pleasure to have in my home. Without fail they all cleared up after themselves every single day without being asked.

    The bathroom was finished on budget - no surprises and although it wasn't completed on time, this was due entirely to circumstances beyond Jeff's control when a tiler fell ill and Jeff was very prompt in organising a replacement tiler.

    I absolutely love every single detail of my new bathroom, as do family, friends and neighbours I have been proud to show it to and I have every confidence you will be as delighted with your new bathroom as what I am with mine. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Just Bathrooms to anyone requiring a bathroom renovation and hope to utilise them again in the future.    "

    "My wife and I are very satisfied with the work undertaken by JUST BATHROOMS. After agreeing to what we wanted, and with a few tweaks from Jeff, a schedule was drawn up with a full contract price and work commenced and finished on time. As stated Jeff supervised all aspects to a very high degree which wasn't hard as all his Sub-contractors are also of the high standard you would expect. We found that Jeff and all the Subbies were very polite and helpful and in sorting any problems which at times… may occur. Jeff was on site every day to ensure everything was as planned. I cannot praise the work carried out by JUST BATHROOMS highly enough as everything we asked for and some was delivered as requested."

    "We have received no follow up and feel like we were a nuisance to this builder. His communication was appalling and at times we regretted using him. As a project manager he is weak, his building skills are excellent but has no input into the design and some elements have been overlooked. He is quick to blame his team for errors and takes no responsibilities for poor decisions.

    As a business owner he overlooks the most important part.....the customer, not recommended until he up skills his… customer service.

    At this stage we do not recommend Just Bathrooms and Jeff East is not a good representative of the tradies he employs.    "

    " Jeff did a small bathroom renovation for us. We were provided with a day to day schedule and were kept informed about any deviation from this schedule. Any unforeseen costs were communicated to us so there were no surprises. Overall we found Jeff and the team of sub contractors to be very professional and they have a high standard to workmanship.     "We were previously been burned by a \'bathroom reno\' builder a few years back and have been hesitant and cautious in finding the right people to give us the bathroom that we wanted. I am pleased to say that Jeff of Just Bathrooms has restored our faith in tradesman and our new bathroom is even better than we imagined.
    Jeff was always in contact with us, and any email queries i had were always answered promptly. The expected works were completed in the time frame he advised, and even when it… was discovered additional work was required (through no fault of his own) Jeff was clear to advise what the problem was (the previous builder had screwed up the frame of an existing wall), what the additional costs would be and then provided me a revised schedule accordingly. He managed the project from start to finish, with a further bonus being that he was about 20% cheaper than the other 2 quotes i obtained. A true professional and one that i have cheerfully recommended to my friends and family who are now keen to also get bathroom work done. Highly recommended.    "

    "We had already decided we needed to redo our bathrooms, it was just finding the right person to do the job for us. We wanted someone who had experience in building work and who was confident with bathroom renovations.

    From the beginning Jeff was professional, prompt and listened to our comments and took them on board. We were provided with a detailed quote and the project was completed on budget and within the time schedule.

    Jeff was great with the pets and kids which was a bonus for… us. He was also always available to discuss any aspect of the project.

    To anyone who is considering a bathroom renovation we would happily recommend Jeff and his team.

    "We recently had a complete refurbishment to our 1960 style bathroom.We applied for 3 quotes,pricing was fairly even overall.We decided to go with Jeff East who is the owner and operator of Just Bathrooms. He has had many years of experience in the building trade.He has a very friendly and caring manner. He will offer advice if you are unsure of specific parts of your remodeling. We were given a timetable to enable us to track day to day progress from sealing, tiling, electrical, plumbing to the… final fit out. Sub trades were very professional throughout.     "Just Bathrooms was one the businesses that provided us with a quote for a total refurbishment of our bathroom. Luckily we decided to engage Jeff.
    Jeff worked with us in order to achieve what we wanted. This was our first time renovating and Jeff was always happy to go over everything with us at any stage and was always available.
    Jeff provided us with the breakdown of everything and I\'m pleased to say he stuck to absolutely everything - to the daily schedule, to the agreed budget and there… were no surprises at all at the end of the project.

    Our house was left in a tidy order every single day.

    "Jeff and his team were great. He helped us design and create the bathroom we wanted and went to extra lenghts to source ideas we had. The final result has been a beautiful bathroom. We have no hesitation in recommending Jeff and his team to future bathroom renovators.     "I have recently had a full bathroom restoration completed by Jeff East of JUST BATHROOMS. Jeff supplied me with a daily breakdown of what he wanted to achieve, and was able to fulfil this obligation. My house was left in a spotless condition each day, and suitable covers were laid to minimize mess.
    The total installation was completed ahead of schedule, and all demolition material was removed from my property.
    I am very happy to recommend jeffs workmanship, and professionalism. his… sub-contractors were equally as professional.
