    "As reviewed below, stay well clear of this outfit if you want a well made, long-lasting kitchen, with a warranty that is honoured. The consultation in 2007 was good, design OK. The trouble began a year after installation when panels started to delaminate. The problems were photographed and KK advised, but they claimed "water damage" and refused to even visit. A further claim was made this year before the 10 year warranty expired, with a letter documenting extreme disintegration of the… cabinets and cupboard and drawer fronts, sent by courier (claimed they did not receive it) and then delivered by hand. We were abused and yelled at by the proprietor, who refused to listen, visit to asses the claim, or honour the warranty. This company does not deserve to survive."

    "Would highly recommend Klassic Kitchens. We had a preconceived idea as to the design we wanted and Klassic was able to take our concept and turn it into a practical and modern kitchen space. The attention to detail was second to none, and all our requirements were exceeded.

    Their expertise was invaluable as they offered solutions to maximize the space and functionality of the kitchen, and the result was beyond our expectations.

    Would recommend Klassic Kitchens to others and would use… again."

    "I would stay well clear of Klassic Kitchens. They were very helpful until they got all our money. The issues were with the installation. Missing parts and poor workmanship. As the final payment was made to Klassic Kitchens the only funds we could deduct the cost to fix from was the installers. We tried many times to get the issues resolved and ended up paying the full installers fee as he was going to instruct debt collectors and we didn't want our company credit history effected. Klassic… Kitchens said they would look to sort us out and they still haven't done anything. When I spoke to the director he said I just wanted to moan.

    I don't think having holes so large in the back of the units that couldn't be covered by the plumbers wall plates, broken gib on the wall by pulling a cable too hard. Drilling screws where there was an open shelf, happy to just put stickers over the holes and only supplying one waste trap when two were required.

    overall gutted with the experience once they got their money.    "

    "If you want a quick and efficient operator then stay clear of this lot or at least avoid using Richard as designer /contact person. I started the process in September for what was a relatively simple kitchen. I designed it so all they had to do was measure up, make and install. I was told it would be a four week job. Getting the job done using their designer Richard was like pulling teeth. Non responsive and failed constantly to meet commitments. The kitchen has finally been installed and I am… very happy with the end result to the stage it has been done but it still hasn't been finished. The installer invoiced me which I had not expected as my contract is with Klassic. I have told Klassic they need to pay him and when the job is finished I will settle the balance due. Overall very very frustrating and whilst the workshop guys did a good job they are badly let down by the front office. The owner Tony wasn't very responsive to my challenge to him to lift his business service standards."

    "I was totally impressed with the workmanship of this company & amazingly could not fault anything, just an all round beautiful job done by Tony, one of the owners.

    Not long after installation I put the property on the market and the auctioneer, valuer & various others commented on how amazing the kitchen was, asking who had done it.

    The installer was wonderful & where tweaking was required it was carried out immediately. Unfortunately the salesperson at the time let them… down, arriving in her tennis whites & in a hurry. On complaining about this, the co-owner Cherie took over & all was well.

    Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY!    "

    "Its been over a year since they started my kitchen and its still not finished... and its a simple, simple job.

    Their tradesmen turn up and begrudgingly do the job constantly complaining about how useless Klassic Kitchens are and that they don\'t know what they are supposed to be doing.

    There are pipes sticking out of the floor where they aren\'t supposed to due to to poor planning.

    The tap leaks which I\'m going to have to get another plumber to sort out.

    The bench isn\'t quite… flush with the wall and the sealing between bench and wall has come away.

    The sealant around the waste disposal is mixed with s whole lot of dirt - which I guess is from not cleaning the sink before applying the sealant.

    When the floor was sanded Helen encouraged us not to cover anything because it was a special floors sander - as a result the whole house was covered in a 1/2mm of dark brown dust. (luckily I covered or white couch or that woud have been ruined)

    The first quote they gave me was 55K so I decided to go elsewhere, then they suddenly dropped 30K off that price without the plans changing at all (ie. they will try to take advantage).

    Now when I call to find out when various things are going to be finished Helen is dismissive and rude. She has been this way since receiving payment over 8 months ago.

    Overall - bizarrely awful experience.

    NEVER use this company.    "
