    "Using GRABONE they SCAM(Disapoinnted)

    Beware of this business as they will find a way to loot you. Especially if you are using grabone coupons, I purchase a grabone coupon WOF and basic services,unfortunately then I noticed the review part, I was shocked and disappointed about thier review, but again I made a try and went this shop today and see how its goes.what you see in the review was extremely true they failed my Wof with a reason of headlight need to adjust and hand brake part some minor problems i was shocked and ask about, how much in need to pay the lady was really arrogant and unprofessional tell that she don't know and then she given me a verbal quote told 75$ for head light adjustment and 75$ for hand brake problem and another amount she don't know she need to check with the owner, went from there with a shock and went back to a good workshop who have values and customer friendly services , I explained the situation he checked everything and I got wof.

    Note: This guys are looting money from grabone customers ,very unprofessional don't have any values or ethics in their business, I seen a lot of people comment this issue earlier they don't care about it. Belive in karma in one how they will loose this money, that they looted from people.

    DONT GO THIS PLACE they don't know how to do straight forward business..

    So so rude, unprofessional, have NO idea what they are doing, tried to charge me $680 for a part that I sourced really easily for $106, terrible communication,..
    Booked my WOF & it failed, rectified the issues, took it back for the recheck & they failed it again for another list of faults different to the first?!
    Awful, shocking, disgusting, appalling - worst experience I think I've ever had....

    "Worst time wasters ever experienced.I prebooked my wof reinspectiion after completing a necessary repair.
    After waiting 1 week for a prebooked recheck they cancelled my booking and agreed to give special treatment.After waiting half an hour waiting they told me go away and come back next day.
    In disbelief I agreed and repeated to booking person are you sure?I said again are you sure and make a firm time sharp.Yes Yes .
    Turned up 10 minutes early waited another 5 mins then told all bookings for today were cancelled the day before.

    Asked to speak to manager Deo Chandra.

    After saying to him i have a complaint he nearly ran his car into me wthin 6 inches as a threat.

    No complaint procedure or details were explained when i asked.A refund also rejected.They answer to no one and dont care about basic customer fair treatment.

    I thought maybe im not the only one to experience such discusting service.After reading other reviews here i was right.

    Wish i had known sooner.Honest reviews in other websites are blocked and not available for customers.

    Do business with this time wasting company and u will regret.People need to speak out when this sort of thing happens.

    Thankyou for the truth to the other reviewers.

    "DONT GO TO THESE IDIOTS! Got myself a service coupon that cost $89 and ended up paying almost another $300 on top of that for a oil change. The Owner said he put in a oil filter for free? Which it isn’t cause it’s part of the CAR SERVICE. My radiator had been filled with water and also my window washer fluids. Really Poor job from these idiots."

    "NEVER GO TO THESE MECHANICS. Owner himself is a ZERO. Don’t know anything about CARS but QUOTE is given by him. He is running a business from years but his word of mouth changed in an hour.
    I called him at 9.30 am before buying the coupon, he told me CONFIDENTLY it is break pads so I bought it and went there AND instead saying it’s break pads- sorry, HE SAID HE NEVER TOLD ANYTHING LIKE THAT THE SAME MORNING. He said it’s my car- I should know. Owner said these lines and I have a video proof for that. Secondly the other guy said he will trespass me so I stop recording the same time BUT OWNER STILL SAYING THAT HE NEVER said it and want to CHARGE MORE $150 on top of all those coupons.

    "MORAL: If you value your time and money, don't use the company services! They are time wasters and unpleasant people.

    VERY IMPORTANT: In the company, there is a sign stating that "The owner is responsible for the car after they leave it in the company"! Seriously! I don't want to think what are possible repercussions but it isn't something I want to involved with.

    SHORT STORY: I made a booking at 10.30 to finish the job within an hour but, instead, I was told to leave my car and come back at 1 PM. There was an unpleasant argument and staff instead of calming the situation was making it worse by arguing further and highering his voice.

    MORE DETAILED STORY: In the Christmas time I had many things to do. So I had arranged a booking at 10.30 as they had said they will do the job within a short time and I could wait in the company in the meantime.

    When I came, I was informed that their WoF specialist suddenly got sick and was told to leave my car and come back at 1PM.

    I argued it's unprofessional that they didn't inform me beforehand. I left my phone number saying they should call me as soon as a specialist arrives and I'll be back.

    I came back 1hr later. I was informed that now a repairement maybe will be finished not sooner than at 3 PM and they can't guarantee when exactly. Being VERY angry I started an argument. I asked what changed as previously it was 1 PM. I was told that... another company has their schedule filled and they wanted to fill me in at the beginning if I had left my car.

    The argument continued for a few minutes. As two companies have a reception in the same place, I was asked outside because the other company didn't want to have a bad PR. The argument lasted for ~10 minutes! Instead of calming the situation, the guy was highering his voice and putting blame on me without trying to please me or giving statements that would be binding and not hypothetical (i.e. next repairement time, this time fixed and checked).

    CONCLUSION: Even if you're said they will do their job:

    1. the job may not be done by them but another company,

    2. don't trust a schedule or your booking time; they don't care about your time, only theirs,

    3. be careful what you say because that may create an argument in which you will be to blame!

    "Do not go anywhere near this panel beaters!! They had my car for over two weeks to simply fix the headlights and wing mirrors. I had to keep chasing them up about the progress of the work. They kept blaming insurance for the delay but it took them 3 days just to get the quote to my insurance company!! When I was able to go in to pick my car up they hadn't even done the job properly and one of the headlights wasn't fitted in right, the second hand mirrors they'd used were covered in paint marks and other marks and the car was also filthy and covered in grease marks and paint dust so I was told to leave the car there and pick it up at 2pm that day. At 2pm as I'm pulling in the drive they ring to tell me the paint won't be dry and they need to keep the car until Monday. Easily could have told me that hours earlier so I didn't rush back there to get the car! Useless customer service and poor workmanship. This has been a nightmare experience and I would not recommend them to anyone! They seemed so nice and helpful when I first went in but don't be fooled!"

    "I went in for a simple brake pad replacement which i got from Groupon. After pulling the brakes apart, the told me i have to get the rotors skimmed ... even though they looked fine. This was an additional cost of course, and i wouldnt get a warranty without it.
    They ordered the wrong parts which meant waiting. The job went from an easy 30 min job on the way home to a 2 hour wait, then getting stuck in peak hour traffic ... not to mention an additional $ 200 on top of the voucher cost
    Wish i could turn back time and just avoid these cowboys.

    I wouldnt recommend them, and will NOT go back ever ...

    "This mechanical repairer is a total scammer, sent my Tiida in 3 times to get the air con fixed, charged almost $700 total, the first time, they said it was the fan system not working, they charged almost $300 for replacement, 3 days after the same problem occurs and they said this time a control module was broken, charged another $450 without letting the customer know the quote, then I felt the first time was not the fan problem, they refused to give me back the broken fan and refused to provide evidence, at the time I picked up the car, the blower was not working again!! Total time waster and playing tricks to get more money, stay away from them for sure."

    "You guys are the most rip off mechanic I've ever seen. I take my car to you and you told me my fuel pump is broken then you give me a price of 300 dollars to replace it then after you fix the problem you told me that its not the fuel pump! Its just the fuel filter! But you still charge me 300 dollars for that and gave me a receipt and its written on it that you change the pump and the filter. I want to take you to court but I dont want to waste my time to guys like you! but I will bad mouth you for the rest of my life!!!! See you in facebook!!!!
