    "The reception who handle the call is rude and impolite, the plumber is not punctual at all and the charges are extremely costly! Never update about the status and what is the repair cost will be, they just assume that "you can pay". This is the worst company I have ever seen."

    "Booked laser Mairangi bay to fix broken sink mixer in bathroom around 18th/19th of December. Came looked at it after getting water everywhere in new bathroom realised didn't have a part. Went to go get one 2 hrs later returns to tell me no part will have to order, blocked off the sink mixer after I saved the bathroom from being flooded after turning water mains back on told part should only take a day or 2. Now 15 February not heard back from them or had anyone come to fix even after 2 phone calls. Only up side didn't invoice me for work done so far. Joke."

    Worked around 0.75 hour, but they can charge you two hours.

    Huge profit margin on spare parts, and many hidden costs , such as $38.50 vehicle charged for only 6 kms"

    "I have had a number of jobs done by this company whilst living in Mairangi Bay. Leaking tap, leaking shower, external broken pipe from swimming pool to name just three from memory and each time the work has been excellent. Good communication each time and work completed quickly without issue."

    "This firm is the designated service agent for Bosch gas califonts. The serviceman came round to fix one that had stopped heating. I had previously explained that I had run through the handbook checks on plumbing, filter etc & that it was an electronic fault in my opinion, so I had reservations about a plumbing firm doing the work. Serviceman switched the unit off & then back on & it operated. \"Suspect electronic tooth brush may be giving fault on same circuit. Other than that could be board\" ..... yep, or some other electronic component. Relieved us of $126.50 to tell us that, & the appliance continues to malfunction exactly as it did before visit, whether the toothbrush we\'ve had for 5 years is plugged in or not. Given that the toothbrush suggestion was clearly clutching at straws I didn\'t have any confidence in his ability to deal with an electronic fault, especially one that is intermittent, & won\'t be getting them back. Surely it\'s not that hard to say on the phone \'before we come round, just try switching the power on & off first & let us know if that fixes it\" Complete waste of money."
