98%"I arrived home after 4.30pm to discover water pouring out of an external pipe, no idea where it was coming from. I rang a good dozen plumbers, but as it was late afternoon they'd already finished for the day, or wouldn't be able to fit us in for a couple of days. When I rang Laser Plumbing, I had immediate assurance they could fix it the next day, and gave me a good idea what was the cause and that it was ok to leave overnight without flooding within the house. Really helpful, and the plumber… who came, fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. We contacted Laser on a Sunday afternoon. Tony cakked us back after about an hour. We told him we had a stop****on our property ( not the council toby) and had swutched it off and could wait till Monday morning. Laser Petone did this from the start of the process until the end. They kept me informed of what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. They delivered the service on time and i\'m extremely happy with the job. Their quote was the most competitive too by a couple hundred dollars! The job changed a few times and they were more than happy to accomodate… me without any hassle. Simon also came and saw me during the easter holiday to look at the pilot light for me.
