"DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!! Movepro and Transpro have the same owners. We used Transpro to freight a car from Auckland to Carterton. Once we had paid the money they were impossible to get hold of. They consistently lied about when they were going to pick up the car and this meant I had to take time off work to wait for them to arrive. They had said the car would be delivered the next day but after 4 days it still hadn't turned up. We ended up calling the police because they weren't answering… our calls and we had no idea where the car was. It was finally delivered about 9.30pm on Saturday night. The driver who delivered it said he had the same feedback from others that evening."

"These guys have a professional looking website, but thats the only professional thing about this outfit.
They arrived 2 hours late, refused to drive the van into my street, then called off the job til the evening, then finally didnt bring the furniture until the next morning. The job was only completed 24 hours after it should have started (it was only from one side of town to the other, and a small flat).
Communication was shocking, they were completely unprepared for the job (no tools… or trolleys), the spokesperson for the crew was rude, confrontational and aggressive.

Most concerningly I have real doubts as to the honesty of these people. I was charged more than quoted- lots of chargable extras kept being added, but as soon as I queried them, then disappeared again. Also I am pretty sure they charged me for hours that were more than actually worked."
