    "Like others I had a terrible time trying to get them to turn up to my house to complete the gardening work I had paid for via a Groupy Voucher. After 2 weeks and following a complaint with Groupy, they made contact and to their credit turned up on a Sunday to complete the work. Once they actually turned up they did a very good job.
    Basically once they improve their lines of communication and actually turn up on time, I would recommend them for basic jobs.

    "This business needs serious evaluation. From it's shoddy destructive gardening work, No Tax receipts, Intimidating employees, lack of communication ... the list goes on. I worry for the elderly and like who will be harassed into further services as it looks to be there "business model" Where do we go to report this company?

    "These guys have been a nightmare to deal with from the get-go.

    On 15th October I rang to book in the services, and they asked me to text and address, date, and time that I wanted (10th Nov at 9.30am) - which I did immediately. They replied half an hour later saying they would let me know in a few days.

    23rd October (8 days later) I hadn't heard anything so text them again asking them to confirm the appointment for the 10th November.

    29th October (6 days later and 14 days after my initial phone call/ text) I STILL haven't heard anything so test them again asking them to confirm the appointment for the 10th November. Then then replied on the 29th October saying could they do the 11th November at 7.30am. I replied saying yes, that would be great, and they sent me a confirmation text. It is now 8.30am on the 11th November and no one has shown up or contacted me to say they will be late. I cannot wait around for them anymore, I have a job I need to get to!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID using these guys for anything!!!!"

    "Highly advise using this company to clean your lawns, etc. I just want to share my experiences which was really bad:
    - Agreed to a time for Sunday afternoon (back in June; time agreed was 1pm)
    - Guys didn't turn up till around evening (4 or 5pm - by now, it was getting dark [daylight savings])
    - They drove their vehicle onto our lawn to use the headlights for visibility as it had become dark but this was insufficient
    - I told them to come back another time as the lawn mower being used at night was not good for our neighbours - The next time they came to complete the job, they asked to use our power and long extension cord for their hedge trimmer. In fact, they didn't ask, I came to the house to find they had unlocked our laundry room and unplugged our washing machine. I was worried at this point because it was raining. - I paid for a 4 hr job (because the property is quite large) and calculated that they had only done 2 hrs worth; they asked me to pay for an extra 2 hrs and I refused (when I do the work on my own, it takes me roughly 4-5 hrs, so I couldn't understand why it was taking TWO of them to do it longer) - After this refusal, I left the gentlemen to attend another commitment. When I came back, they left the rubbish/clippings in the lawn and only completed 1/2 the job.

    "I agree with the others - I was shocked by the lack of attention/training/commitment in the vacuuming and dusting departments - it looked as though it had not been done at all and I had to direct them to redo the key areas (and even then it was not all done). The bathroom and kitchen were acceptable, though the toilet had urine in it for some reason when the job was finished. The lounge and bedrooms were most unsatisfactory. I would not use again or recommend to anyone. I think perhaps the company has sold itself short with these Grabone contractors."

    "This company is a big scam DO NOT USE THEM OR PURCHASE ANY VOUCHER FOR THEIR SERVICES. Be warned as another poster mentioned worst service ever bought a voucher on a daily deal site for $35 for a single oven clean. After a huge hassle to even make the booking they didn't turn up, much later they simply txt to say they needed to arrange another time something wrong with their van. I thought OK these things happen no contact to reschedule, I asked for new appointment nothing txt saying I needed it urgently done before Wednesday the 27th. They said they would come Monday 25th didn't say time asked for a time they said before 11am. Its now Wednesday 27th and nothing they didn't turn up on Monday and didn't even bother to make contact as to why. Stay well clear once they have your cash they couldn't care less about you. Also they do not speak English properly so communication will be difficult. I have requested a full refund but suspect my money is gone with the wind."

    "After purchasing a GrabOne voucher for a full interior house clean for 2 bedrooms, I was rescheduled on twice, with a very poor amount of communication. After the first reschedule I arranged to be home once again for 3pm, and was waiting for almost an hour before I called them. I was rudely spoken to and asked to contact the actual cleaners themselves which I did. They did not know of my booking at all and said they had to call their manager to discuss it. After waiting longer, I had the manager call me back and said the cleaners were stuck at their last job and may not make it to mine that day. Basically, I had been double booked and then promised the following Monday the cleaners would turn up 3pm sharp. The following Monday they did not turn up until 3.20pm and once again with no communication of being late at all. Once a pretty average job of cleaning was done,I realised later that evening that they had scrubbed my stainless steel rangehood buttons to the point of just all black now. You cannot read the numbers on them. I made a point to advise the manager and was ignored about it. Even though I purchased this voucher for $49 on a special deal via GrabOne, I don't even believe that was worth that amount of money. The amount of time I had wasted for them and the frustration I went through was just not right. I highly recommend NOT using this company."

    "Well and truly could not have asked for a worse experience. They rescheduled the day/time 3 times and then when they did arrive it was 1.5 hours late and it was me ringing them to follow up each time. They were here for 6 1/2 hours for 4 bedroom house. Albeit I did purchase the voucher on grab one, so they must have felt it was a "deal" anyways.

    Mopped the floors and did the bathroom well. However in the bedrooms they didn't touch any of the surfaces... Just vacuumed. Windows still dirty, mirrors not cleaned, not even dusting. Didn't even wipe down the kitchen counter... I am quite embarrassed for them to be honest. Will never go to them again."

    "Got a voucher from GrabOne for a a four-bedroom house clean for $69.

    In general, the service was very average. Superficial cleaning of the lounge and bedrooms (cobwebs were left in the corners of the ceiling). Kitchen also wasn't great - they did not clean down the sides of the fridge or oven. The job in the bathroom would have been acceptable if large footprints weren't left on the newly mopped floor!

    $69 was a discounted price via a GrabOne voucher. They claim that the normal price for this service is up to $380. If I paid $380 for this service, I would call the police. They say this is "market price", but I feel ripped off even for $69. There were 3 guys for maybe 1 1/4 hours. My wife and I could have done this ourselves in 2 hours and saved $69. I will be looking elsewhere for cleaning services."
