"Our old mains Toby broke while closed, so gave NVE a call who arranged for Jeff to pop out the same afternoon which was amazing. He was super helpful and his competent but relaxed manner really helped reduce the anxiety. Issue was fixed efficiently and NVE now have my custom. "

"This was a very positive experience for us from start to finish. Jared Wood spent a lot of time looking at the site and giving us invaluable advice. He walked us through every part of the process of getting radiators installed and was honest and clear about any possible pitfalls we might encounter with installation and costs. The work was delayed because of the lockdown but Jared and his team ensured that things got moving as quickly as possible once people returned to work.
The two workmen… on site were unfailingly considerate and polite. They worked hard and did everything possible to minimise disruption. This was particularly important because we both work from home.

We are delighted with the radiators and our gas hot water and would highly recommend this company and their work to others."

"I engaged NVE to do work on centralized hot water system for an apartment building that was having intermittent temperature fluctuations. On NVE's first visit they identified a large pressure value and recommended it be serviced, once serviced, it fixed the temperature fluctuations immediately. Several other companies had previously tried to fix this issues without success. Jared provides good information, recommendations and great communication."

"Craig arrived to carry out the job at the agreed time. He was
extremely courteous and efficient. The job entailed a leak from the cold tap in the bathroom basin and when this was fixed, he suggested I might like to have the other tap attended to. It was entirely my decision to go ahead and there was no pressure from him."

"Craig from NVE investigated a leak in our bathroom. He was very polite; he was careful to cause as little damage as possible to the floor and walls while he was investigating the leak; he left no mess; and afterwards explained what the problem was so we could pass this on to our insurer. We are very happy with this serviceman and NVE."

"NVE came round at the time specified and rang first to confirm. The plumber uninstalled the old dishwasher which had stuck in place due to leakage swelling the cupboards around it. He installed the new machine correcting a plumbing fault for drainage which had caused the previous machine to fail over time. The new machine works flawlessly with no error messages with the machine properly drained. All in all, excellent service for a very reasonable price. NVE are now our plumber of choice… and I can highly recommend them."

"I really appreciated the follow-up call from New Vision as this helped to identify that there were still issues with the toilet. These were cleared up very quickly and efficiently by a further visit.The original patching up with sealant was fixed by a replacement connection at the back of the toilet."

"All at NVE did a great job on replacing the facia board on my high up house in Karori Jeff and Jared made time in their schedule to do this job at short notice, great service. We are a family run business that seeks to provide the highest level of service in all aspects of Plumbing, Gas, Roofing, Guttering and Drainlaying. Our experienced team are happy to work closely with you to go beyond your expectations.

We aim to be the best at all we do and we pride ourselves that all our staff continually up-skill and regularly attend training courses for all areas of our work. We aim to provide a great work environment to assist us to deliver a great service.

Health and Safety is an important aspect of our company to protect our staff, our clients, the general public and the properties we service. We encourage our staff to actively part-take in developing safe practices and processes and to take responsibility that these are adhered to by themselves, the team and members of the public. We hold weekly health and safety meetings as well as specific meetings when necessary to address particular situations.

All our work is backed by the Master Plumbers Guarantee as well as our own workmanship warranties.
