98%"I would definitely use NVE again. I needed my leaking roof fixed. Two other roofing companies came and gave quotes without even climbing up to see the problem. Their quotes were ridiculous and were only for patchups. Then I found NVE. Their online info included hourly costs, vehicle, equipment, etc, and even though I had to pay an amount up front (deducted at completion of the job), Tom came, climbed up and gave a detailed written quote for the necessary retiling of part of the roof. This… quote was $1,000 less than the lower of the first two patch-up quotes! Tom and his men came soon after, on time, worked very hard for a day and returned the next day to finish the job. They found the problem and fixed it. 100%"With regards our recent interaction with company, New Vision Enterprises, we would like to provide the following detailed feedback to provide the reason for our big thumbs up rating. This rating was arrived at from two perspectives:
Firstly, our interaction with arranging to get access to your company’s services. The person who took our call, ‘Irene’, was very helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledge, making arrangement mutually acceptable time, easy and enjoyable.
Secondly, the… perspective of our interaction in terms of the actual service call on the 20th of January 2022 which was provided by a member of your staff called ‘Semi’ with the relation to initial investigation of some issues with our plumbing. In terms of the interaction itself, ‘Semi’ again was a credit to your organisation. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, curtesy, calm and just a pleasure to deal with. He analysed the issues, provide a clear explanation of what he believed the issues to be and a what would be needed to be done to resolve these, asked us what we wanted to be done and for the issue that he could fix immediately he took the appropriate actions, including thoroughly testing to remediate, also was very conscientious about tidying up after he had finished.
Repeating overall, a very pleasurable experience and very satisfactory conclusion, something both my partner and I were extremely happy to be a party to.
So based on the about this was the reason for the thumbs up rating. I would like to add that based on the service we have received to-date both my partner and I would be very happy to recommend NVE to our friends and colleagues for plumbing services. ????

100%"This was a very positive experience for us from start to finish. Jared Wood spent a lot of time looking at the site and giving us invaluable advice. He walked us through every part of the process of getting radiators installed and was honest and clear about any possible pitfalls we might encounter with installation and costs. The work was delayed because of the lockdown but Jared and his team ensured that things got moving as quickly as possible once people returned to work.
The two workmen… on site were unfailingly considerate and polite. They worked hard and did everything possible to minimise disruption. This was particularly important because we both work from home.

On NVE's first visit they identified a large pressure value and recommended it be serviced, once serviced, it fixed the temperature fluctuations immediately. 98%"NVE came round at the time specified and rang first to confirm. The plumber uninstalled the old dishwasher which had stuck in place due to leakage swelling the cupboards around it. He installed the new machine correcting a plumbing fault for drainage which had caused the previous machine to fail over time. The new machine works flawlessly with no error messages with the machine properly drained. All in all, excellent service for a very reasonable price. We are a family run business that seeks to provide the highest level of service in all aspects of Plumbing, Gas, Drainage, Bathroom Renovations and Roofing. Our experienced team is happy to work closely with you to go beyond your expectations.
We aim to be the best at all we do and we pride ourselves that all our staff continually up-skill and regularly attend training courses for all areas of our work. We aim to provide a great work environment to assist us to deliver a great service.
Health and Safety is an important aspect of our company to protect our staff, our clients, the general public and the properties we service. We encourage our staff to actively part-take in developing safe practices and processes and to take responsibility that these are adhered to by themselves, the team and members of the public. We hold weekly health and safety meetings as well as specific meetings when necessary to address particular situations.
All our work is backed by the Master Plumbers Guarantee as well as our own workmanship warranties.

While our staff specialise in all areas of Plumbing, Gas, Drainage, Bathroom Renovations and Roofing, we also have strategic partnerships with all trades to provide you with a complete service. There is no job too small or too big.
We are able to provide complete investigations and reports to suit your needs and to ensure that the critical areas of your property are protected and safe.
Our staff are trained in the use ropes and harnesses to tackle hard to get to jobs and we have our own mobile scaffolding.
