"Storm blew TV aerial off ! Left a phone message for Andy midday Monday, he returned my call within the hour, said he could come next day. "I called Andy at very short notice and asked if he could arrange an aerial at my house. We had disconnected Sky and then realised we were unable to watch regular TV. We needed a UHF aerial. "Sent an email requesting an estimate of cost for work. Received a reply from Andy that afternoon. 2 days later I requested that he carry out the work. That afternoon he phoned and said he would be here soon.On arrival he inspoected the job and said he could do it then. Removed existing aerials, fitted new aerial and ran lead to new location, fitted a new outlet box, ran cabling to TV and recorder including new cable from recorder to TV, then tuned both TV and recorder. All this at a very reasonable price. Andy is obviously very knowledgeable and his experience shows in the high quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. His prompt response and excellent service was greatly appreciated and I would thoroughly recommend Northern Sugnal Solutions to anyone requiring top quality service."

"I haven't actually met Andy but I left a message on his answer phone that the aerial wasn't working properly and he then liaised with my fiancé while I was away. This had the potential to go badly with no woman involved :-) but there was no issues. Andy came, he fixed, and he left an invoice and this is all just three weeks before Christmas! The fiancé said he was "a nice bloke, easy to deal with and very professional". We would highly recommend him."

"I am having very mixed feelings about this company. The arrangements to come over to look and fix the TV satellite dish was done promptly and efficiently. The master done the job rather fast and in a frendly manner. The charge was also reasonable.
However the prbolems started 3 months later - the installed receiver (LNB) has failed, so no TV reception was possible. And when I contacted the company, the answer phone stated that no services are possible due to an accident. This is really bad, as not only the installed part was of a substandard quality, but the company also did not provide any support or referencing to another specialist to address the problems. All in all, I do not recommend using this company services."

"After waiting over a week for an aerial installation guy to come as he had promised (who didn't turn up & didn't even bother to ring us - we were given this 'cowboy's' card from Harvey Norman in Wairau Road) - a friend told us about this No Cowboys website. We read some good reviews about Andy and decided to give him a shot. He said he'd be there at mid-morning the following day - and he was. He seemed like a nice person & was very good at his job, working very professionally, taking our old analogue aerial down & putting in a cable to the other end of our house for a second little TV. We are very happy with Andy's work and would really recommend him. Have still not heard from the other guy."

"Andy was reliable, pleasant and efficient. He quoted a price for the basic installation beforehand. He came initially to assess my signal so I would know which type of aerial and set top box I needed. He installed the aerial there and then, and returned later in the morning when I had bought the set top box, to tune everything and demonstrate how to use it, and at the original price despite two visits. Very satisfied with his service."
