    "First call out the plumber came to fix leaking hot water mid 2102. Thought he\'d done an okay job until this month. Expensive though! Phoned them back two weeks ago as problem returned. Pleasant woman in office sent him back - he fiddled with valve and said it was okay - and charged $90! Today I discovered it is STILL leaking, phoned them and the guy I spoke with was extremely rude and told me amongst other things that I would be charged again for a revisit to have a look! Forget it guys!… Won\'t be using you again!"

    "These guys came to my house twice, one week apart (supposed to be the next day). They charge $20 per visit for vehicle charge. I had the builder setup everything so there was as little work needed by the plumbers as I know they charge a lot.

    In total for 3 1/2 hours work the cost came to $580, they charge astronimcal costs on the parts which is why it amounted so much mostly just pipes and a couple of brass fittings. No way shouldve it amounted to this much.

    Anyhow I know not to use… them again."
