"Do not engage with Phase 1 without obtaining a comprehensive written quote first. I received a very basic one after having to chase Jenny their very dismissive receptionist for over a week. I subsequently spoke to one of their electricians who recommended using a product that in his opinion was more reliable and around 25% cheaper. He told me he would call if this wasn't the case. I should have pressed for a written quote but took him at his word and proceeded I was then invoiced as per the original quote despite this conversation. When I raised the matter with Owen he was completely unapologetic for the large discrepancy between the expected and actual invoice blaming the electrician who he who he claimed has since left. As the boss I would have expected some ownership of the problem from him or some attempt to resolve the issue."

"I had a few odd electrical jobs that needed doing around the house. Installing an outdoor sensor light, checking/replacing a couple of power points and fixing a light. Ash was polite & efficent. I will definitely use Phase 1 Electrical again."

"Ryan turned up, on time, in a smart clean van, which is such a good first impression.
The job was discussed, and Ryan came up with a solution which involved digging up a bit of garden. The pump was connected, and everything put back neat and tidy.
Would definitely use this company again."

"I\'m making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS, It\'s hard to overstate my satisfaction. Phase 1 came in and did what they must to get us up and running again. I had Half my store in darkness, not only did they fix my problem they completed some maintenance to prevent future problems.
