    "Absolutely rude! Terrible experience. Tried to organise day & time. I was told I had to meet their schedule even after I explained I have work. I was told the electrician industry only operates between 8-11am which is false. And I had to book a time for this week. Then I was asked do I not like him? (Knowing Ive never met him or spoken to him on the phone before) which is very creepy and inapppropriate all because I didnt want to leave work on a day that fits his schedule. Sounded very money hungry, and trying to pressure me into the job. Then continued to be rude saying I dont have time for this after I declined that time. Saying do you want us to do the job or not. As soon as I said no, he hung up. So rude & terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY."

    "We had a stove fuse blow. Reardon had a guy there within 30 minutes to find the fault and remove the hob top for repair. The hob was 20 years old and was knackered so we purchased a new one and rang Reardons again. His guys were back within 30 minutes,,,cut a larger hole and fitted the new hob. Friendly efficient guys and a very reasonable price. "

    "Do not use Reardon Electrical they are a RIP OFF !!!!! I was told I needed to rewire the incoming cable to the house and was quoted a price on the phone which I accepted as I was told it was dangerous. I then received the final bill which was $2500 over the quoted price. I had another electrician quote on the material list on the invoice without showing the prices I was charged and was horrified to find I was charged 2 to three times more by Reardon Electrical.

    Furthermore the power went out the very same evening the work was completed. I called Andrew that evening and he said it wasn't his work and theat it must be Vectors fault. I then called them and my husband and I waited until 10pm at night in the cold with no power until they arrived to check the issue. After inspecting it they told us it was not an issue with Vector but the electricians work.

    I called Andrew the next morning to let him know and we had to wait until about 10am for James to turn up. I then asked him what the problem was and was informed it was a faulty manufacturers partd. It took him until 6.30pm to finish the work and then I was charged extra for this as well !!!

    I am now taking this to the disputes tribunal. Whatever you do DO NOT use Reardon Electrical. They are a RIP OFF !

    "My mother has always used these guys and when I moved into my own home she recommended them to me when I need to install an oven. I found James polite and friendly. His work was fast and efficient. He was certainly a pleasure to deal with and did a terrific job of moving the old oven and replacing it with the new one. Whenever I have a electrical issue I will be using these guys for sure and would be more than happy to have James come and deal with any issue I may have. Great guy Great work a real asset to the company."

    "These guys rewired some lights for me based on an estimate. The work done was mostly OK but the charge for parts on the invoice was roughly double the street price. For example 1.5mm twin & earth cable was priced at $3.65 per m when you can buy a 100m roll from Bunnings for $1.26 per m. When I discussed this with Andrew Reardon he said that I could have asked for a labour only price but he would have declined to do the job. I won\'t be using Reardon Elecrtical again and I certainly wouldn\'t recommend them to anyone else."

    "He came and gave a verbal indication. Did not give a wriiten quote as requested. After the first bit of changing a couple of power sockets, he did not show up to continue the job as agreed. After chasing him for a nearly a week and not receiving the written quote, I called him to terminate the job. He then sent an invoice with a minimum labour charge of $80 even thoung he spent about half an hour at my premises and already told me his hourly charge was $60. The cost of 2 standard twin power sockets was $58.40. (I have seen twin power sockets on sale at Bunnings for prices starting at less than $9.)"
