"Not happy. These guys chopped branches off trees without permission and broke up 3 metres of concrete curbing on our driveway. The trees - now misshapen - will eventually grow back. Unfortunately the concrete will be an expensive repair. They have not responded to our complaint. "

"Coast2coast may have kept moving but they were rough. I had packed all the boxes so it was furniture they packed. My living room furniture wasn’t covered and arrived with marks all over the upholstery. The helpers (2) stood on my small outdoor table to hoist a queen bed frame up to the upstairs balcony and have broken a piece of the leg so it’s now lop-sided. I sent an email to Craig informing him of the damage. Heard nothing back. He insisted he was paid electronically before he left. I can see why, now that I view the damage. Bumped and bashed walls, marks on the week old carpet and the table and furniture damage. Don’t use them unless you’re moving derelict stuff you don’t care about."
