    "I have had a very unpleasant experience with Richard, of Smart Zone Systems, who left our house with exposed cables within reach of my two-year-old. Richard was asked to fix a no-signal error message on our satellite channels. He exposed and unbundled cables that had nothing to do with the satellite box and he left them exposed and unbundled, clearly within reach of our toddler. He also brought a male relative into our house, without our permission, and inexplicably, spent some time flicking through channels with this male relative. When I rang him to ask him to return to tidy up the cables and leave them in the toddler-proof state he had found them, he said he could not come for another three days. Richard told me I needed to discipline my two-year-old son more to ensure he didn't touch the cables that Richard had sloppily and unprofessionally left exposed. What a prince! I don't recommend this man or his shoddy workmanship. He is not the sort of man any family wants in their house."

    "We had Richard from Smart Zone install several televisions in our home, and we where extremely impressed with his services.

    He turned up on time, was courteous and helpful, and in the end made sure we totally understood how to work the new tvs and with the great service, is a man that takes his work seriously!

    Would definitely recommend Smart Zone to others!"

    "I am very displeased with the service provided by this company. I paid for a Freeview Satellite box and installation. Unknown to me until recently when a different technician tried to add channels, Smart Zone had changed the generic password and had not left me the new one so the technician was unable to do the job, but I still had to pay them! I also realised that I had not been left a manual for the 'new' machine. When I queried them on this they told me that no one wants them so they throw them out. I have asked them to get me one however nothing has eventuated. Because of this, I am not sure that the machine was actually new.

    I would not recommend this company to others.
