    "I dealt with this company on some occasions and discovered that, since there has been a change in management, there is a total lack of integrity and a total lack of communication.
    This is mainly caused by having limited or no systems, senior management is seriously lacking any construction experience and have caused grief continuously. It is unfortunate that even long-term experienced staff have left and are leaving the company.

    I introduced a third party to Southtrade so that we could work… alongside each other and then, even after I made clear this was my client, SouthTrade knowingly and willingly went behind my back to contract this client direct. They fore-well knew what hey were doing and they know it is an unwritten law never, EVER snatch a client from others in the industry. The industry is just too small for this kind of thing. It is most unfortunate to see such a promising business making such dramatic mistakes.

    It is even further unbelieveable that, when confronted and offered to 'work things out' if was bluntly rejected and it was clear to me that they would not stop repeating such actions to others.

    "I am the Director of SouthTrade NZ Ltd. This rating has been placed with the express intention of vindictive sabotage. Mr Van Daal is not a client of SouthTrade NZ Ltd but has repeatedly tried to attach himself to the company as he wants to operate as an independent Project Manager but does not have the necessary qualifications. Last year we priced several jobs for Mr. Van Daal including the one in question. We declined to work with him on any of them as he was continually unreasonable and overbearing and we found he had a history of companies in Receivership. Several months later SouthTrade was approached by the client AFTER Mr. Van Daal had admitted to him that he was unable to fulfill the requirements of the job. It is utter nonsense to say we poached his client. We initiated no contact whatsoever with the client. I have the utmost confidence in the integrity and ability of my Management Team and am appalled that he would refer to them in such derogatory terms. Pending legal action against Mr. Van Daal, I request that this feedback is removed immediately. Please contact me should you require further information."

    "I am absolutely THRILLED with our new stairs! The work done is beautiful and strong. It's a much better entrance to our front door now! We also really appreciate the help and patience with explaining things and answering our questions (which is one of the reasons we accepted this quote over others).

    Thanks again - your service is outstanding, especially so in the company of other tradespeople!

    Would definitely call Chris again if necessary...
