  "Bathroom x 2 kicthen/longe/dining. (Existing cracks in bathrooms to be fixed and repainted) Lounge/kitchen/dining to be retaped on joins and repainted. Franike told us that it is most important that the customer is happy. WELL I AM NOT
  After 3 months the cracks are back and the tape or Scrim is delaminating from the plaster. Franike has been back and seen it. Saying that this 14 year old has has moved (In the last 3 months) And that he needed to see an expert.

  I have. This newish brick… and tile house on a concret slab built by fyfe homes has not moved!!
  
  We have yet to hear anything from frankie with regards to putting it right. My advise has been that best pratice was not used. And the workmenship is not up to standerd Make your own mind up."

  "I would like to say that Top Painters have been very professional, reliable and mostly, friendly while they were here.

  We had a 321sqm home that needed to have the wallpaper striped, prepared for painting and then two coats of paint. In addition all the skirting boards and door frames were painted as well.

  Everthing was done very professionally and it was discussed to do all of this in three stages - 1 week at a time. I have three small children ages 6,5yrs, 4.5yrs and 2.5yrs and they… really accommodted us during this time.
  
  Frankie and his main painter, John were fantastic and I absolutely recommend them to any one. Very competent and very good. So many people have commented on the painted finish and how good it looks. Top Painters are very competitive with their pricing also. If there was any flaws in the wall work(smoothness etc.) I asked if theu could re look it, and they were very happy to and made it right.
  
  Many thanks to Frankie and John for changing the look of our home - very much appreciated and a great job well done.
