"Tracey was helpful and nice until she got the deposit. Then the problems started happening with communication and quality of work. She became unavailable and difficult and defensive and I had to ask numerous times to have a meeting. The problems took months to resolve. I would be very wary of using this company."

"Tracey from Tanner Fencing was been extremely helpful in working through the quoting process and guiding us with our selection.
The fencing team turned up promptly and the fence was up in no time.
Then the problems started.
Many of the posts had been cut too short so they had added little bits on top. Looks dreadful.
Fence boards had not been trimmed to length and are uneven and pushing the rails up.
Rails on top of the fence had been joined in silly lengths and are now lifting off the… fence all round.

Caps on top of the posts had only one nail through them to hold in place instead of two and are moving already.

Despite remedial work my gate does not close at all.

I contacted them again in early November and Tracey came to visit. She promised that they would come and fix in a couple of weeks. I have today received an email advising that they will not be back until the New Year.

I am a very unhappy customer. I spent thousands on my fence and expect that at the very least my gate closes.

Unable to recommend to anyone."

"I first contacted Tanner fencing to help me with some ideas for our space. They were very helpful and professional and provided samples and ideas which were perfect. As a result we were able to make choices that we were happy with. They acted in a timely manner and all work carried out was to a high standard - and they clean up after themselves!"

"This is afantastic company to deal with. They started on time and completed on time. They said it would take two days and it did. Their quote was reasonable and was good value for money. The men doing it worked hard to finish it. I would highly recommend this company"

"Tanner fencing took months to complete our fencing, during which time they left a huge pile of material on our property over the summer months. They also cut gate posts at irregular lengths, and eventually returned only to make the job worse by cutting the posts unevenly with a handsaw. The posts look terrible and now we're stuck with them. Tony offered no apology and no explanation. Overall their work is extremely sloppy. I would hate to see anyone else end up getting the shaft from these… clowns. Avoid."
