"Tim from The Landscape Company responded to a job I posted on No Cowboys. A small job with a tight timeframe at a time of year (leading up to Christmas) when it can be difficult to get things done. Tim was committed to getting the job done on time, working in the rain one day and even delayed his holiday by a day to complete the job. We were very grateful as it enabled us to give a new puppy a safe area. Tim always responded to my queries promptly, gave a timely quote, asked questions to understand our expectations of the finished job and communicated clearly on when he would be on site to do the work. When some of the timber was unexpectedly unavailable, he told us why and the cause of the delay. The final fences and gates are brilliant. Tim kept a very tidy worksite, ensured no mud was transferred to the concrete driveway, accommodated changes that arose due to a change of mind on our part, and was very easy and pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim from The Landscape Company."

"I found Tim to help with some landscaping from a local advertisement. Whilst I try and find tradespeople via referrals I am absolutely thrilled that I stumbled across Tim to help out with some handyman projects around the house.

His work was to a high standard and I am very satisfied with the work he has done to date (even finding him more projects for him to do 😊). Tim was very professional, friendly and keen to make it work for me. He also spent his own time educating me on what to fill my garden beds with by spending the time talking to me about it and emailing through information to read.

"A 90m boundary fence in Mt Eden, designed and built by Tim and his team.
Major job as he had to demolish and remove old fence and establish new secure footing in volcanic rock subsoil, plus profile appropriate fence height and ground clearance for variable contours of driveway and walkway either side of boundary.
First class construction and one to one communication with a helpful and informative Tim made this this job the best I have ever been involved with over my 40 years of property maintenance and administration.

"I contacted Tim about planting a garden bed, after reading the positive reviews on this site. The plant design/layout isn't his area of specialty, but he recommended someone to do that side of it, and then he ordered the plants and arranged everything needed for the planting. It turned out to be quite a big job, as the soil conditions in the garden bed were very poor. Tim was thorough, knowledgeable, reliable, and great with communication. So far, everything looks great, and I'm looking forward to watching it grow!"

"Was thrilled to have a company who followed through, replied to my message. Then on-site visit 2 days later…. Especially considering just out of Lockdown and close to Xmas.
Tim and Sam had a big task of digging out 2 valuable cycads with such care, wrapping them and delivering them to another site to be replanted. Then laying an almost circle of Tiger Turf.. Both professional, friendly and efficient guys.. knowing them and their abilities, we wouldn’t hesitate to engage them for further work."

"It was a long wait but it was a wait well worth waiting for! Tim promptly came to us to give us the best solution for fixing our garden surface water overflow solution, and let us know in advance there will be a long wait due to ongoing jobs. He is very experienced and quickly deduced the problem and best solution. Price was very reasonable. When they finally have a slot in their schedule they came in and did a great job. The end result drain works just right! Tim also came back promptly to fix a minor damage. Excellent service! Great company and I would recommend TLC to anyone."

"I found Tim through Nocowboys. I engaged him and his team to fully implement a full landscape design for my new home. It was a sizable job, in some aweful weather, working with a blank canvas of pure clay, rubble and slopes. They have completely transformed my garden, and my home. The work included significant hard landscaping, fencing, retaining, floating steps, significant earthworks and contouring, landscaping using rocks and mounds, all soil preparation for planting, all planting and mulching, and laying of two lawn areas. Tim problem-solved on the go, checking in with me and the designer to ensure any changes were ok. His experience was critical in a decision I made to go with smaller plants than originally intended, as the ground conditions meant more mature trees would struggle. The team was incredibly hard working, with great communication, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am blown away by what they have been able to achieve. I can't recommend Tim and the team any more highly. They were fun to have round too. I ended up increasing my landscaping budget - but every cent was worth it."

"TLC did a back yard level and tidy up as well as a designated park for our boat with jakmat and pebbles. Tim provided excellent communications providing a programme of works for each day, finished the job on time, left the site tidy and did this all at a competitive price. "Tim, Sean and Raj were a great group of guys that worked hard and kept me informed through the process about what they were doing, they were a delight to have around. I was very new to landscaping as it was the first time I'd had it done and they did a great job of executing the designer's plan whilst being flexible and knowledgeable enough to make a few changes as necessary during the process to make sure it all came together for the best. I was very confident in their ability to get on with it and get it done and I was proved right, however when decisions needed to be made I really appreciated that they discussed things with me so I still felt that I was involved in getting my garden done the way I wanted it. "Tim and Ryan are the best pair - they take great care to do a really good job and then they go the extra mile cleaning up or fixing other small things. My pavers have been re-laid, cleaned, and resurfaced. Hedge is replanted and everything is cared for with fert and mulch. Couldn't recommend Tim and Ryan more favourably. They do what they say they will do."

"Tim and the team undertook a rather complex and multi-faceted job for us....including lifting and relaying a large area of natural clay pavers - which is tricky 'cos there is a very limited number of them to re-cover the original area!
The end result is really great, although it took longer than we all anticipated. The main delay was outside Tim's control - half the pavers from the supplier were the wrong colour.
Tim's advice was sound, and he communicated clearly and regularly with us so that we were confident going away during the main part of the job. The workmanship of the team (Tim, Possum, Simon) was good. A couple of minor issues, quickly rectified.
Invoicing was clear and accurate, and there were no surprises.
Overall, a professional job well done - thanks Tim and the team, you're highly recommended!"

"We had organised 3 quotes (around $45k mark) for a significant back-of-house landscape job including ground contouring, selection and supply of plants. At the last minute a friend recommended The Landscape Company. Not only was their quotation better by a substantial margin, but they went out their way to ensure everything was completed to our absolute satisfaction,(we are very fussy clients) despite the extra time and effort involved they did it happily and willingly on time and within budget. Nothing was too much trouble and the grounds now look magnificent! We will be using them again and have since recommended them to many of our friends.
