100%"We hired Ross and his team to do a rennovation of our bedroom and dining, and to add two new bathrooms. It was not a huge job but was qute fiddly with lots of things to get right, working with an older state house that was not always straight. First thing is that it was very easy working with everyone on the team, from estimates, through to sub contractors, and the builders themselves. We were living in the house at the same time, and Ben and Paul were always on time, respectful of our… home, and worked hard. The whole team were amazing in the work that they put into the house, and I felt like they wanted to do a job that made them proud as well as us as clients happy. We had loads of great discussions and advice on options to solve things, and everyone worked openly to get a great solution. 100%"Ross completed remedial works to 9 units of our body corporate. The job required removing joinery, recladding shiplap, replacing balustrades, waterproofing decks, and then repainting. The joinery was either reinserted or replaced which Ross organised. We were pleased with the work his team did, along with the sub contractors he had to organise for parts of the job such as painting.

100%"We wanted to convert a storage space under our house into a play room. Ross and his team were recommended to us by a family friend who had used him. Ross helped us through the design process and his team did an excellent job of digging out and building the new room.
They kept to schedule and budget, dealt with the council, and stayed flexible when the inevitable problems that come with renovating an existing house cropped up.
Once that renovation was done we asked them back to help redo… some drainage and waterproofing in a different part of the house and to build us a new patio and retaining wall.

Ross was a great manager with the work undertaken including a lot of groundworks, reformatting indoor spaces, outdoor stairs, and most important find a nice safe lowered space for our SwimSpa to sit in with an awesome deck around it With so all sorts of trades coming and going, Ross had it all sorted.
On top of this Ross was unflappable. With COVID lockdowns… and associated restrictions being thrown at the team he had all the pieces of the outstanding puzzle sorted and restructured to deal with it all while working as they could.

His design skills for replacing a rotten bifold garage door (no longer required) were exceptional. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. 100%"In February I started looking for someone to undertake a full renovation of my dated 1950s bathroom. Ross and team responded promptly to my enquiry and Juan was out with his team to look at the job within days.
The room was stripped back to the joists and framing, a window moved and exterior cladding replaced. I was consulted about the replacement of the floor, ceiling and wet walls installation and Ross helped me with advice about fixtures and fittings. They took complete care of… co-ordinating construction, plastering, painting, tiling, electrical and plumbing aspects of the job and kept me informed about when tradesmen would be on site and the scheduling of the job.

Any changes we wanted were discussed and signed off. The site was always clean and tidy when we returned home, and the workman were very polite.
