    "Sales rep total joke.. hopeless! 9months to get two blinds!!! When they finally arrived they where wrong!!! terrible service... Spent thousands with them previously never again! Will be looking elsewhere for the next 3 properties I have coming up!!! "

    "Have used Total look blinds like for 3 houses and this will most likely will be the last. Absolute cowboys. The blinds took longer and horrible service. The guy installing the blinds had temperamental issues and sucked at communication. "

    "I had used this company on several times but his will be the last time I use them. They supplied vertical blinds they where ok. The finish is definitely old fashion. When I shake hand on a deal i expect that to be all cost to be disclosed. when they call me to advised me my blinds where ready stating it was going to cost me a delivery across town $40 for one small box and tubes containing 4 tracks this charge was drop after i point out my consumer rights. i found dealing with this company extremely difficult their saving grace is there very good and knowledgeable rep Carolyn Beaton. To be honest I should have gone to Bunnings cheaper and better finished."

    "Would not use again. Had to chase a few times and job still took 5 weeks to complete. But worse than that, when it was completed the blinds were too short so installer had to come back to fix. In the meantime, however, Total Look saw fit to take the balance of payment from our credit card without asking us for authorisation first and despite the fact that the job at that time had not been completed to our satisfaction. This led to CC being over its limit without us knowing and being declined when I went to buy groceries. Very slack communication and business practice. Was all eventually put right and blinds look good but left a very bad impression."
