"We had ants in our house so bad that it made me think we needed to release the slaves we captured last March because you literally couldn't out anything down without it becoming infested which we are pretty sure isn't a good thing. We checked our copy of the bible and yep! There it was-plague of insects.
However getting hold of decent slaves these days is a real drama so we held onto them and tried our hardest to get rid of them ourselves but to no avail.
After my wife threatened to divorce… me for the third time due to finding small creatures in her food I finally made the call to Phil.

Phil came over right away and while initially horrified at the state of the issue, bravely got straight into the heart of the problem, spraying, baiting and reversing our curse. After multiple trips I can say Phil has single handidly saved not only my marriage but the sanity of my entire household.

"We,ve actually used Phillip and Lisa\'s services twice once for carpets and once for pest management. Our carpets were as awful as you can get with two toddlers living in house with cream carpet!!!. We were thinking we would have to get new carpet but these guys got it looking like new. I could not believe it - and the carpet afterward was quite dry. They use quality equipment and it shows. As stated by others they are professional and trustworthy and I would highly recommend them."

About us
This is a family business & was established in 1996. Philip & Lisa Townsend now run & work it, & as the name suggests 'quality' is our moto.

What we do
Spilt something, pet done a whoopsie,
moving or just giving your carpet, lounge suite, dinning room chairs a birthday ??

Maybe in your work place the office chairs have seen your lunch (& lets face it we all eat while working on the computer)!, or the vinyl floors are marked & the polish has pushed off, & what about the carpet ??

As a husband & wife team (& you will always reconize Philip as I'm pretty sure he is the only carpet cleaner with an artificial leg, (but that doesnt stop him doing a bloody good job)) we pride ourselves on taking your presious possessions & treating them with the respect they & you deserve.
We will discuss the procedures & always go the extra mile to do a really good job.

But basically we, vacumn (so you dont need to worry), treat any stains, shampoo & use a hot water extraction machine. This injects hot water into the surface & pulls out 90% of the water along with the dirt leaving it damp but 'not' wet.
Unfortantly there are some times a few stains that for love nor money will come out, & of course we cannot restore thread bare patches !!

The other string to our bow is our Pest Management, so if you have any creepy crawly little bug-gers we will safely exterminate them.
We use different products & will discuss the individual requirements best & most effective for you, your home & family.

Inside your home when spraying (& is most effective) we use a micro mist system. This means that we can apply an even mist over windows, mirrors & all interior surfaces without it staining or you being left with a residual mess to clean up.
Out Side, & this can apply to garden sheds, garages, stables, barns etc we use a heavier spray system which is more weather hardy.

We hold Approved Handlers Certs, are First Aid Trained & fully insured.
