"My satellite dish lost signal during a stormy Wellington night. I called Paul the next day and he agreed to inspect the problem at 5pm the same day, which was really helpful as I didn't have to leave work early.
Paul turned up on time, courteously removed his shoes without being asked, inspected my Freeview box and then the dish itself, and found a corroded cable straight away, which had broken loose. Fortunately there was a second cable already fitted and he was able to utilise it… immediately.

In and out in 15 minutes, if that. No hassles. Friendly and polite. Thanks :)"

"When we first used Trademark Electrical Services here in Invercargill we had been having a struggle to find an electrician that was interested in giving us good basic service. A flyer in our mailbox told us about Paul and we asked him to come and sort out an electrical problem we had. Paul was a great find and was a breath of fresh air. Service was very prompt and done with a big friendly smile and good naturedness. We used Paul over several years and nothing changed to alter our initial… impressions of him and the service he provided. If you want a friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable electrician don't hesitate in employing Paul. He's great. His wife who handles the day to day administration is also fantastic - cheerful and efficient. " I am extremely happy with the work that Paul did. I called for a quote and Paul cameout to look at the problem within two hours of phoning. He gave me a fair quote, found a way to do the job economically and gave me a quote, which we excepeted.

"Having just bought my first home, I had a number of small jobs I needed done (which were actually big jobs!). I contacted Paul, and could absolutely recommend him to everyone. He was prompt, polite and very professional. It was done in a timely manner, and he was very neat and tidy. He even went as far as changing light bulbs and light shades for me, the novice home owner, all part of the service!"

"We initially contacted Trademark Electrical for a quote to supply and install a ventilation system having already considered HRV and DVS systems. We received a same day quote which was fantastically better than those we had looked at and included a lot more for our money. Job was done quickly and we are very happy with results.
Have also used Trademark Electrical to install a kitchen fan, replace lounge light fittings and for other electrical work around our home. Highly recommended for… high quality super efficient and reasonably priced service."
