    "We have young children in the house and needed to get some protection in place to keep the kids safe on the internet. Shane set up some web filtering software, walked me through how to use it and made sure it was working properly.
    He also set up some free games for the kids, they are really enjoying Tux Racer.

    "Almost walked into an on-line scam re credit card payment after being convinced the laptop had serious spyware and virouses.
    Shane walked me through what and how they did what they did and did a free check to make sure the laptop was ok.
    Also had our PC check and more memory added next day service good communication and well worth the money.    "
