"Erin came to quote on a significant amount of house cleaning work at our property (soft wash of the house, roof treatment, deck cleaning, spider treatment etc). He responded promptly to my request for a quote, showed up for the quote at the agreed time and was extremely professional and friendly to deal with. The quotation Erin sent through was very helpful too, breaking down the various tasks required. "Stop mucking around looking for someone to wash your house. Erin and Corey are the BEST. My house is close to the largest construction project in Wellington. The dust and grit stirred up was unrelenting for 6 months and most of it landed on my 120 year old weatherboard house. Think 2 stories, steep site, lots of stairs, garden all around house, very close to house next door, pets, no parking and house desperately in need of painting. Enter Erin and Cory – on time, friendly and gone by the… time I realised it. It was like they’d waved a magic wand and transformed my grimy house into a page out of House and Garden. "Erin did a great job at washing the house, cleaning the paths and dealing with the lichen on the roof. He helped me shift the flower pots on the paths and return them to their places (which I couldn't do alone) and was careful with my garden. He even did some work on my garden furniture and advised me how to maintain them, which wasn't in the original brief. It took some hours to complete it all, but he worked away at consistently and I felt comfortable having him around the house for a long… period, and while I left to do other jobs. I have worked with Erin before and will do so again."

"We were very pleased with the standard of the job done by Erin. In the process of quoting to wash the house, roof and paths he noticed lichen was starting to grow on our coloursteel roof. He was able to offer a solution which has prevented a small problem becoming a big one. He was prompt with his quote, delayed the job until a time that suited us, and then completed it in a professional manner. His experience means he has knowledge and advice beyond the specific job he is contracted to do… which we appreciated. The fact that he is the person who owns the business, does the quote, and then actually does the job is a big plus in my eyes."

"Erin Whittaker and Wellington Property Wash provided exceptional service at extremely short notice. Everything from initial contact to job completion was faultless and professional.. Erin undertook two large jobs for us - one preparing a 1908 villa and its surrounds for sale and another on our home property with extensive white picket fencing and deck rails. Erin's attention to detail and his knowledge of paint surfaces and appropriate treatments left both properties sparkling fresh and looking… like new. His suggestions for maximising the benefits of his house washing were extremely helpful. Many house wash companies just grab the waterblaster and go hell for leather at your paint surfaces blasting paint here there and everywhere. Not Erin. His soft wash process and cleaning formulas are gentle and protective of your valuable assets. Erin clearly values his customers and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a superior house clean particularly for any presale. . I know I'll be using his services again.."

"If you're looking to spruce up your house, Erin will do a fine job for you. He was friendly, communicative, responsive and flexible, moving his jobs around so that he could fit me in at short notice. He explained the job thoroughly and even offered some feedback and advice. As an absentee homeowner, it's hard to know how good a job someone does unless you see images or get feedback. Erin sent me images as requested and my tenants gave good feedback about the great job he did. He was gentle on… the house, paid special attention to the skylights and thoroughly treated the paths and all surfaces with mould treatments. Recommended!"

"Erin recently did a house wash and gutter clean on my 2 level house in Island Bay prior to putting it on the market. He did an awesome job, from getting out straight away to provide me with a quote and giving a great price on a tricky job with difficult access. I was really happy with the result, the house came out looking like new after 2 Wellington winters of dirt and mold. Would thoroughly recommend."

"I would totally recommend the services of Wellington Property Wash. Erin was very easy to talk to on the phone and gave me excellent advice on cleaning my house regularly to increase the life of the paint work. My house has never looked so good! Gutters that were dirty and unsightly are bright and white again. The paint work on the house now looks clean and fresh again.
I have booked in for an annual clean and will get the moss covered paths looked too!

"Having already had experience with a 'Cowboy' business with disastrous results I was extremely relieved when Erin turned up on my doorstep less than 24hrs after my enquiry. He was very knowledgable and talked through what was involved in getting the guttering completely clean and free from any blockages.
