  "Bruce is a charming bloke but he dosn't pay his subcontractors .
  I am an electrical contractor who subbed to bruce for a domestic rennovation . I am owed over $5500 for more than 90 days despite him being paid by the owner. The owner has no problem with my work as they have had me back to do additional work Which they payed me directly .
  Bruce is good at promising but not so good at delivering"
