    "Unfortunately using this company hasn't been the best experience. I used them twice without realising the first time was ok but it did take a lot pf personal energy to keep things positive as the service person was very negative. I needed a job done the second time and didn't check the name. he arrived on time again which is always good and didn't give a span of time he would arrive (ie any time between 9 and 5). The professionalism ends there. Both times the person came under prepared which makes me think that he has no intention to do any work besides just come over to look at the items and then charge to come back to fix it. Even though I have information of the issue. The second time he came over he actually said he had never even heard of the fault even though i had given the fault code with information of the brand of item and yet hadn't done any preparation before he came over. His moto appears to be every job will end up costing a lot. In saying that his mark up on parts is high (he was saying some parts were going to cost almost 100 percent higher than what i was finding)but a visit from him can feel very disheartening. Always either the job will be very expensive so buy a new one. I ended up fixing both the things he came over to fix myself and found a part he said i would never find. From what i can see the call out fee is less than others but do not expect him to actually do the job in the 1st visit I think he sees a call out as just an high paid drive. I do not believe this company (or person) I dont know how many people work for them has a very high work ethic. Also he threatened to take me to a collection agency for being 1 day late on payment which i later found you can not do plus he was very aggressive in his messages. defiantly not a company worth using unless you want to spend $70 + just to have someone come over unprepared, unprofessional and rude. Still haven't received a GST receipt or heard back from the company about getting one an I have contacted him many times over a couple of weeks."

    "This was the third time we've had to call Wiskis for our washing machine. As usual we received prompt, awesome service from Shane, he was reliable, efficient and knowledgeable. He called ahead so we had time to get home to meet him. Highly recommend. It wasn't economical to fix our washing machine and Shane told us the best place to buy a new one and the most reliable models etc.. He was very helpful.""

    "David was on vacation but Yong picked-up.
    He advised that most likely the temperature controller of the F&P fridge was faulty. He came on-site and replaced the part and made sure that the fridge was working again. Everything was fixed on the same day just two (2!) hours after I called him in the afternoon.

    That's what I call customer service !

    "1. Didn't fix the oven properly - had to come back to do it over again. Incompetent.

    2. Demands payment up front. Even when you've made payment he continues to harass you and threatens to come around in person to "collect it in cash".

    "Have never meet or talked to this guy but judging by his feedback he seems like a bit of a plonker? I dealt with his partner Sandy who was pleasant enough & didn\'t seem to have any issues apart from the part where paying for the job comes in to it. Oven was repaired properly 1st time, thou Sandy forgot to mention when job was done, that oven timer ticking was a little loud. So went out of my way \"on a Sunday\" on the way to the beach with my family to go back & fix second problem. So feedback comes back to the norm \"CUSTOMER PAYMENT\"..Customer was clearly advised payment is to be made on repair,this is also documented on invoice & signed for by sandy. So after 2 phone calls money came through 7 days later. Sorry readers for long reply, but when unjustified criticism is thrown your way in an unruly fashion due to the fact that someone wants something for nothing then things need to be properly explained. "

    "Top service even came early! Called Wed to get washer fixed he offered to come Thu (fab in itself) but we could only do Fri which he accomodated. Totally recommend. I dont normally leave reviews but such awesome service deserves one."

    "I called Wiskis Appliance Service when my tumble dryer stopped tumbling! Shane said he could come to look at it the following day & would do so between 12-2pm & that he would call 1/2 hour ahead to give me time to meet him.

    Wiskis called the next day, 1/2 an hour before as promised & fixed my dryer on the spot! Excellent service (the week before Christmas) & highly recommended."

    "I paid $220.00 for Wiskis to repair my dishwasher, he installed a part which lasted approx 5 weeks. I rang back on 29th Aug and said dishwasher still not working he came back and ran it and said lock was on, and if any more problems to riing back. I rang again on the 31st it still wasn't working, he said lock was on which I said it wasn't, he said I was rude and hung up the phone, I rang back and said we must of been cut off he said no I hung up on you. I asked him to come back and repair the dishwasher as his part has a 2 year guarantee, he then went vague asking me when he came out, and questioning me, I asked him to check his invoices as he had invoiced me, he said no he couldn't be bothered and he wouldn't come back to repair his shoddy work. He won't answer his phone I have no choice but to take him to court as I have been badly ripped off by these COWBOYS. I made the mistake of recommending him to my daughter to fix her washing machine he did the same to her put in a dodgy part charged $180.00, worked for a week but this time he repaired his muck up because her husband dealt with him. I think he prays on single parents and the elderly and it is high time this company is exposed. TO ALL PEOPLE LOOKING FOR AN APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR WISKIS."

    "Shane came to my rescue after having my washing machine attended to by another company last week only to break down again 2 washes later. When I called the other company to explain what happened I was told that I would have to pay another call out fee before they even looked at my machine. I was so angry that they would make me pay another call out fee when I already gave them $275! So I decided to take my money elsewhere. I was utterly dissappointed in this other company so I rung around and found Wiskis Appliance Service. Shane was just brilliant and restored my faith in the tradies again. Being a female who knows absolutely nothing about washing machines, I was really impressed that Shane took the time to explain everything that needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. He had a cheaper call out rate as well so I saved money there. The quality of his work and the customer service was so much better than the company I used last week. Makes me mad at myself for not going with Wiskis Appliance Service in the first place. I would DEFINATELY recommend Wiskis and would happily use Wiskis Appliance Service again. Thanks again Shane."

    "Unfortunately our sickly washing machine couldn\'t be repaired for less than the cost of a new one (which Shane told us could possibly be the case upfront), but he told us where the best place to buy a new one was, which models were the most reliable and some important features to look out for and questions to ask the seller. He was very helpful."
