    "We used A1 a few years ago and were pleased with the service. After the June 2013 storm, I contacted them for a quote on repairs and other maintenance work. After receiving no response to my email, I phoned the company a couple of weeks ago, and was told someone would get out and do the quote. Today still no quote, so contacted the office and spoke to the very unhelpful office manager, who told me they were too busy to get to quoting. I had hoped to be a return customer, but I won't be using… this company again. No follow-up and no customer service."

    "Had guttering replaced in Apr 2010. The inital quote and installation was fine. Guttering is now buckling and coming apart as the product used is probably cheap and nasty stuff or maybe it wasn;t installed properly. Contacted their office several times over 6 months ago and still no one has come out to look at fixing the problems. Very poor service."

    "I had my house reroofed in Colorsteel in April 2011 by A1 Roofing and I found Rob Purdom excellent to deal with when arranging for this job to be done. Then when his Team arrived to do the job they were great and completed the job in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Rob and his Team from A1 Roofing."

    "A1 Roofing reroofed my house and I was thrilled with the result. The workmanship is excellent and the team of roofers were cheerful, pleasant and easy to deal with. Several tricky skylights have been successfully flashed after years of leaking and best of all not a scrap of rubbish was left on the site. I had other quotes for my roof but A1 were the best, both on price and ability to deliver within my time frame. I found Rob particularly helpful and easy to get hold of and he certainly kept me… on the loop re starting and finishing dates. I would not hesitate to recommend A1 to anyone contemplating a new roof, but like all good firms they are extremely busy, so don\'t leave your phone call to the last minute."

    "Although Matt was friendly and I believe a good job was done, I would not recommend this company. The office person I dealt with originally (May) was rude and unhelpful. There was no communication of timeframes or follow-up. I repeatedly had to contact them to ask what was happening. I accepted the quote in May and the job has just been completed (end August). Matt\'s response was that they had a large client who paid them lots of money and therefore got priority over all other jobs."

    "Extremely poor customer service. They do not get back to you most of the time when you leave a message. You have to keep ringing them.
    They do not turn up when supposed to, do not ring and let you know what is happening.
    Absolutely awful customer service...however when they do finally turn up and do the work - it is of good quality.    "

    "I interviewed 6 companies for my re-roofing job. These guys visited the property, made good suggestions, the info supplied was excellent and the price was fair. In terms of the work they were spot on. The quality of the work was very good, they kept the site tidy. I had a small leak around a tricky old skylight some weeks later. Without even a question they came round to fix it.

    Get in early though as these guys are busy."

    "I was very happy with mats prompt service with fixing my leaking roof, Himself and his co-worker Ben were very well mannered and talked me through every thing that was wrong and how they will go about fixing It. I highly reccommend them to all my friends And they have also had very good service. Thanks again"

    "Overall very good.
    Set realistic time frames which were met and quote was provided .
    promptly.
    A problem arose after install which was dealt with within the same week and no further issues have occurred.

    Communication was excellent and roofers on site advised us of the current situation.

    I would recommend A1 Roofing and I would use them again."
