    "Daniel Lyden completed a pathway for me, a few months ago, Communication with Daniel was difficult but the job was finally completed, As a result when my son wanted a concreting job done we contacted Daniel. He agreed to do the work after a deposit was paid. The preparation - boxing etc. was started but that was the last we saw or heard from him. Despite many phone calls & text messages he never once responded. Just a warning to stay away from him, & advise your friends to watch out… for him."

    "Disappointed to see this "Cowboy" is still ripping people off. We hired him in 2005 and after taking a substantial "deposit" disappeared leaving contractors unpaid and work just started. Takes out the majority of the "A" named concrete companies in yellow pages to capture as many unsuspecting victims as he can. Demon. "

    "I found Daniel Lyden through his, Eastern Courier advert under concrete. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. 2 days after starting my job he kept making excuses, delaying and not asking my calls after a large deposit was given. Now seeking justice through police and legal action."

    "the contact person Is Daniel Lyden. Please beware of this man - we believe him to be actively seeking jobs in order to take money and effectively "do a runner". We gave him a substantial amount of cash in advance for concreting and after not replying to our calls, many excuses and finally silence we have lost our money (going thru the dispute tribunal now). What small amount of work he did do was extremely poor quality and took many weeks. He caused a huge amount of damage to our… property also. We have found out he has previously been bankrupt and behaved in a similar way towards other victims. BEWARE"
