    "Shocking is all i can say, i got told a big sales pitch over the phone because when they finally turned up to do the job everything cost extra, it took the guy 40 minutes to clean my 4 bedroom house and cost a fortune, he did not move any furniture like he said he would, i think he even missed a room, and most of the stains were still there even tho i paid the extra... and when i called up to complain "it was my fault" i didn't pay enough extras and was not clear what i wanted. What a joke of a company rip off"

    "A horrible customer service ! Called for a quote and had to deal with a very rude, and noxious person over the phone. Did not even get to book the cleaners to come over, and on top she just hang up the phone !!! WHAT ?! Shame on you treating potential customers like this :("

    "An excellent carpet clean by a guy who knows what he is doing. All very straight forward and he had a new cleaning machine, a new van and the carpets look great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

    "These guys are Cowboys. Worse service I've ever experienced in my life. Was mucked around for the first two days with no show. Took time off work for no reason. First thing manager Matthew says is that they don't make much money out of servicing 2 bedroom apartments. Why advertised then?? Stick to commercial properties. They need to brush up on some customer service skills if this business wants to do well. On the third day, they finally sent Simon to do the job. You can tell, he wasn't very interested in what he was doing. My husband helped him unload his gear and bring it in with no thanks from him considering we're paying for the service. Took him 20 mins to do the job. Claims he tried to remove the stain but you can tell he did a half ended job. Claimed he was there for 1 1/2 hours. Well possibly, considering he had a ciggie first and then proceeded to take a dump in our apartment. Wish we stayed and supervised. Rang the manager to complain but all he did was give excuses and an unsincere apology. What they need to understand is whether the job is big or small, they should always provide great service and a job well done. Our friend who is a building manager for apartment buildings in the city wanted our feedback and would've sign them up. Fat chance of that happening!! If you want disappointment and the run around, give these guys a call!"

    "Hard selling company, you get a price on the phone but everything cost extra when they arrive, they tried to keep changing the job time as well, he did a rushed job I thought as I did not pay the extra for pre spray of the carpet, (every other company I have used this is free)
    I wont be falling for the "we have a special this month" pitch on the phone when im calling around again next time hahaha

    "James phoned to say he was running ahead of time, he was very clear and polite on the phone. James clearly explained the procedure and how the price worked out, he got stuck into moving furniture around to make it easier for himself and moved items back when he was done. I was very impressed with his work and stain removal. Would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others. Many thanks james"

    "Not only was James early and well prepared he was very friendly and not to mention charming. He got on with his work without causing any disruption and did an excellent job removing stains that i didnt think would come out. I would highly reccommend aa carpet cleaning and would happily use their services in the future."

    "I was extremely disappointed at how wet my carpet was when I returned home after being assured that the company had the latest overseas equipment and the carpets would be reasonably dry.. So wet in fact that I could not return furniture to its proper place and had to put towels down. I put my dehumidifier on immediately and so far have got 8 litres of water. I have tried calling the company but cannot get any response. I certainly would not recommend this company."
