About us
Hi Im Austin, owner and operater of AA Property Enhancements. Im originally from England and have lived in Christcurch for 15 years. Im passionate about keeping houses in their traditional character while implementing modern facilities and techniques.
In my spare time I love watching the kids play sport and attempting to play a bit myself.
What we do
Ive been a builder/carpenter for 30 years - 15 years in New Zealand. Ive experienced lots of twist and turns but the most important thing for me is Im only as good as my last job.
Im particularly fussy about the finish of the job , it has to look in place and in keeping.
Bathroom renovations are a big part of my job that need an experienced person managing the 5 or 6 trades required.
Building decks need a particular eye for detail and cant be rushed.
Building maintenance and repairs need to be completed and finished in a thorough manner.
Outside rooms like sleep outs and cabins are something Im building on a regular basis.
