    "I contacted Moshen to fix my washing machine, he came and said he had fixed it, however it was just the same.When i called him he said it needed a part, i asked him why he didnt fix it the first time he did like that question. I called the next day and asked about the the part and was told there werent any. I asked for and received a partial refund. I contacted a proper service man and the job was completed after two days."

    "Aapex used to be great but have really gone downhill on the service.

    Still waiting for part supposedly ordered 2 months ago. Bad communication and ended up ordering the part ourselves which took about 2 minutes. Now trying to get money back for being charged for the part. Won't be using Aapex again. "

    "Just had a very unprofessional experience with Mohsen after I arranged for him to come and look at a washer/dryer machine.

    He walked in looked at the blinking lights on the machine (which had been explained to him over the phone) opened the door of the washer dryer and then left explaining to the tenant that the use of wrong washing powder had resulted in the machines failure.

    I had to contact him by phone to get the results of the 'work' he had done to which he simply said motherboard needs replacing at a cost of $700. Rather than replace the unit I looked on u-tube and found it was a simple blown capacitor which has a replacement cost of $2 (actually about $1.48). I phoned and explained this to Mohsen (who initially offered a refund if this was the case) he said if this was the case, but he was certain it was not, then he has hundreds of units he had looked at in the past could have been fixed with this simple fix! Moshen didn't actually know what a capacitor was - I sent him a pic but he insisted it was the motherboard (capacitor sits on the motherboard).

    So end result he didn't refund any money and just out for a quick dollar. I feel bad for the numerous other customers that he has diagnosed this same problem and the money they would have spent on new machines or motherboards. This type of service really makes you want to get in touch with Fair Go! Mohsen is banking that because the cost is just under $100 for this service (of looking at blinking lights) that no one will question his diagnosis or kick up a fuss when he's so clearly wrong, but seriously stay away from this one. Oh and just google 'blinking lights washer/dryer' in videos if you have the same problem I did which was all lights blinking and washer/dryer not working.

    "Mohsen arrived on time and clearly communicated the problem, identified and rectified the repair on the spot in 45 mins. He had the spare part for the dishwasher in his van. He offered to come back promptly to rectify if we had any furthur problems.

    He was polite, gave us a clear invoice and will certainly call him for any furthur work. His pricing was fair, I wouldnt say a bargain but good value for money for a great service.
