"Lee was referred to us as we had to apply for code of acceptance regarding changes to a sleepout with our local council after purchasing our first home. He handled the application and most dealings with the council. It wasn’t an easy job with history that no one involved was responsible for, but he knows what he is talking about and guided us through the jargon, laws and each step of the process. The job dragged on, but in no way due to Lee and his team’s performance. We are extremely… grateful that we had Lee supporting us through this and would recommend his services in a heartbeat."

"Lee was engaged to provide design/plans and specifications for a client of mine.he did an excellent job of meeting the overall brief (apart from going to a higher standard of product....we had a tight budget).
The project got caught in the councils revising of the district plan Lee worked patiently through this and gave me everything I asked for"

"My project involved the siting of a large workshop on our new property in Waipu
lee handled all communication with the council & compiled all of the information required for the consent.
I would have no issue in recommending Lee & the team at advanced Design to anyone undertaking a building project of any size .
They came in on budget & on time."
