    "This is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever been to. Don't bother using Aeroparks, as their staff will swear at you and *physically threaten* you when their systems go down.

    I've been using them for the past 8 years or so, and they have been ok. However, today their phone system went down so we waited at the airport for half an hour at the airport without being able to contact them after we flew into Auckland. As a last resort, I even emailed them with my cell number.

    We finally gave up and took an uber to their place, and on route, the lady (Gaylene I think) rang me and essentially told me it was my fault without a hint of apology. At this point it was 45 minutes after we had left the airport building. I was annoyed but said I would discuss it on arrival.

    When I arrived, I took my key, and again she tried to pin the blame on me, saying that she had the van waiting there. I told her that we waited for 30 minutes and we didn't see any sight of it. Weirdly, she wouldn't hand the key over and I had to pry it from her hand.

    She kept arguing with me, and I decided I couldn't be bothered. I told her that they had lost my business, at which point another male staff member decided to come running out swearing and trying to threaten me physically.

    I was angry at that point so we ended up shouting at each other until he walked away saying: "F*ck you c*nt".

    I pulled out my phone to record more of his tirade, but unfortunately he ran into an office.

    I've never experienced such lack of professionalism or contempt for customers before. It goes without saying that I will never use Aeroparks again. Avoid them at all costs!

    "I don't recommend using this business, my car was damaged while in their care.
    I collected my car just after midnight, the car was parked in the dark, I didn't notice the damage on the passengers side door. I phoned the next day to report the damage, was asked to send in a photo. Aeroparks replied with a photo of the car showing no damage, which was funny as the photo was taken on entry, therefore clearly showed no damage. I followed up with email etc. to no avail, then received a rude response that they take no liability for damage. User beware!

    "We travel internationally at least once a year and have used many different car parks.
    Our drop off experience was straightforward and fairly prompt but bear in mind that the minibus will go to domestic first
    When returning we received a txt on landing instructing us to reply when through security. This we did. 3 times and received no reply. We tried to call them but 0800 number is automated and only told us where to go. Eventually we got hold of man at desk who said to wait there. Shuttle finally arrived 40 mins after my original reply txt. I queried with the driver Lorraine whether any texts were received. She laughed and said This is Auckland Ma’am. !

    On board shuttle there was another passenger who had had same experience We we all fobbed off with excuses about traffic, roadworks and even “I don’t know I’ve never flown “.

    We won’t be using this service again and will advise others not too also. 1 hr and 15 mins after we exited our flight we were driving away in our car. Most of that was waiting outside in cold.

    "We wave been using Aeroparks since they began. With the change of owners the service been steadily deteriorating.Not enough transfer vehicles not enough staff. Too much waiting around both ends.When the Church was running it there we had no complaints not that we are churchey people."

    "Extremely happy with the service. Very friendly driver - don’t know his name but he mentioned he was from Fiji. He loved his job and chatted and joked and made the shuttle trip enjoyable.
    Shuttle was comfortable, service was excellent

He has customer service down to a tee and always has only kind words to say. Made everybody's day his wonderful outlook on life, well done for having someone as great as him as part of your team.     "My family and I have parked our cars with Aeroparks 3 times over the past year and each time have received nothing but great service from them. Have read some appalling reviews on here which seems out of character for this business, there are a few different faces there now and the customer service has improved further. Highly recommended place to leave your car while away, and I'm sure if things aren't right they'll go out of their way to fix it was genuinely their fault."

    "Do not park with Aeroparks if you want your car returned to you in the same state as you left it. As per previous reviews I parked my car on the 11th July and when I picked it up on the16th July it had a large scratch above the left front tyre as if it had been scrapped against a concrete wall or some sort or possibly another car. I have tried to communicate with Aeroparks about this and they initially cooperated but when it became evident that they were at fault they stopped responding to any emails or phone calls about this matter. This is very disappointing and I am currently pursuing other avenues on this matter."

    "The feedback says it all really but i will chuck my 2 cents worth. Parked my vehicle with these guys - arrived back from my mothers funeral only to find that the side of my vehicle had been significantly damaged whilst in their care.Had a row with the guy in the office who claimed total innocence (not surprising). As it was a Sunday, there was no one in authority there so had to deal with a pleb who did not give a toss. Have tried calling manager, sent emails, left messages etc etc etc without ANY response. This is not a professional business - they could not care less. Total bill to have fixed was $2,500 - good luck to you if you choose to park here. There collection service from the arrivals terminal was also extremely poor."

    "Have used Aeroparks over the years - pretty hit and miss - this last one was a miss - paid for a WOF did not happen and our warrant was out of date when we arrived back from a very early international flight very tired but knowing we now had to get our own WOF - they are yet to reimburse us - will not be using ever again! Not good enough Aeroparks!!!"

    "Don't use Aeroparks!
    What aeroparks fail to tell you in there hidden terms is the fact that they move the cars etc to another car this other car is down the public road people and it puts 3kms on your car!
    My vehicle also has a new dent which they clam didn't happen in the car park yes maybe it didn't but they are driving down the road which nobody has any control over the driver could be picking up his lunch for all we know!
    I also tried phoning them apon pick up after I sent the auto text still waiting? Phoned 3 times nobody picked up when I got to the carpark office after waiting for pick up 2 staff where sitting there next to the phones doing nothing!

    What a un professional company hiding behind very very lose terms! In fact it's scamming terms.

    Come on Aeroparks stop bull****ting your customers.

    "Very disappointing. This used to be a good place to park your car but the last two times I've used them I have had issues with firstly them leaving a door open and flattening the battery and this time the car wasn't parked where they said it was and they didn't even know where it was! After frantic running around they did find it but in doing so they held up other customers being transferred to the airport "

    "Great service, friendly staff and drivers, prompt pickups, easy communications, their services I received has well exceeded my expectation (specially I read some terrible reviews about Aeroparks). I paid $25 for 4 day parking, waited 10-15 minutes for pickups (both in & out - my plane arrived at 12:10am, received Aeroparks text message, replied after passed the Customs at 12:45am, walked to the pickup point around 12:55am, and their shuttle came at 1:10am). My car was ready for me when I arrived at their office, no damages/changes made to it, and the odometer shows 150 meters extra which is totally acceptable. I have used Air NZ Parkings but from now on, I will be using Aeroparks with a confidence."

    "Great price and friendly staff. There were frequent shuttles to the airport, we didn't wait for more than 3 minutes for drop off or pick up. Feels much safer and more professional than similar businesses nearby. Will now be our go to for airport parking."

    "This business used to be very efficient and helpful but recently I have been very disappointed with their service. This last flight I returned to find my car unlocked and things had been moved around and also money and a few other personal items are missing. The driver was very unsafe and did not care at all when I mentioned how unsafe I felt. "

    "These guys seemed initially good, if a little cool on the service desk.

    I texted them as per instructions, but after 15 mins of waiting accidentally boarded the wrong shuttle. I rang them immediately but it took another phone call for the manager to pick me up in her own car - she said the drivers couldn't find the other place, then that they wouldn't do it.

    I emailed a day later, and six more times since. The owner, John Fothergill, called me an apologised profusely, but no refund has arrived. It's now been nine weeks.

    I wish I'd seen all the other reviews about long waits, damage to cars and unauthorised use of cars without owners' permission.

    "Company has recently changed ownership. Just one van running so you are expected to wait up to an hour. Place baggage in the boot of the van yourself. Recently had a driver who was aggressive, threw my bag in the air into the vehicle now it's smashed and broken. Staff and management there will not rectify any damage to your vehicle or baggage."

    "We parked our car with Aeroparks and it was damaged when we picked it up.They claim the damage was already there and had drawn a diagram on the key tag of the damage, but we didn't witness this, though we did see the staff member walk around the car then get in and move it (at drop off time) .No mention of damage at that point. Have phoned and emailed several times and keep getting the brush off. It was definitely not like this when we dropped it off as it had just been been fully groomed before we dropped it off. They take no responsibility and obviously no care.The damage is quite considerable and will cost a lot to repair. I can't believe a company can operate like this and get away with it. Read the fine print before using them. They accept no responsibility even if they do the damage! Ridiculous unethical operators. I am never using them again, will hesitate to use a similar business as well and definitely won't be recommending them to anyone. I am investigating the 'Fair Go' option as well."

    "Poor pickup service waiting around thirty minutes. On arrival found car door damaged. The Aeroparks representative said scratch was there before the car arrived showing an indication on the key card of the scratch. This inspection he claimed was done when they first parked our car however we were not present when this took place. The scratch definitely was not there prior as the car had been washed the day before and it is of a size where it would have been noticed. All three drivers of the vehicle can vouch the scratch is new. Absolutely no responsibility was taken instead he walked around the car pointing out other surface scratches."

    "We had used this company for about 5 years and received great service, however since the company has changed hands the service has gone rapidly downhill. We were left to wait at the airport for over an hour after arriving home exhausted from a long international flight. After half an hour we managed to get hold of someone by calling the head office and were told one of the vans must have "broken down" and they were still 20 minutes away. When they finally arrived (total waiting time just over an hour) we did not even receive an apology. On departure we were made to wait in the van for 20 minutes after being told they "had to move a couple of cars and would be 5 minutes". We will not be using this company again."

    "Terrible service, damaged my car and stated I must have brought the car in damaged. Company will accecpt no responsibility.

    Get a cab or use the Air NZ service, paying a premium is much cheaper than fixing the damage they'll do to your car."

    "What a great service. We arrived at Aeropark & a van/bus picked us up straight away & delivered us to the airport. The driver was friendly and had the kids laughing all the way.
    Upon our return a van/bus was there to pick us up - no waiting. The price was far less than a cab fare or shuttle bus. I\'ll be using Aeroparks again.
