"We were very impressed with Air Mc’s team from our initial contact with Josh from sales to the installers and Gill from the office. Their service was impeccable from start to finish. Very polite and professional. I work in construction and I’ve seen a lot of poor workmanship from trades but these guys are the real deal. And the cherry on top, their pricing is very fair and reasonable. You definitely get more than what you pay for with Air Mc. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."

What originally started our as a plea for help on my community page which Air Mc Ltd responded to and then corresponding on Facebook messenger. To receiving a complete run down of what a service entailed and a firm reasonable price. Mike turned up on my doorstep when Emma said he would and was they jolliest guy I've met in a long time. "Wanted some heat pumps installed in the kids rooms. Onsite visit was prompt and we got a quote which we were happy with. The installation was scheduled promptly and the installer (Jacob) was punctual, pleasant, did a job we were happy with, explained the maintenance, and the kids were delighted with the result. Based on that we asked for another unit for another room which was also quoted and installed quickly and professionally. "

"I got three quotes for two heat pumps in two rental properties. Air Mc's price was the best value and they were suggesting high efficiency, high quality rated (on Consumer NZ) heat pump models for installation. One of the other quotes which I got from one of the biggest heat pump installers in Auckland proposed putting in a very low rating (only 2.5 star heat efficiency) heat pump for the same price and failed to then send me another heat pump option when I asked for it. In contrast, Emma and… Jake not only provided good value but were very responsive communicators, gave helpful advice and were flexible about timing. Their installer, Jacob, and electrician (Hibiscus Coast Electrical) were very responsive communicators as well and always on time."

"A few months back Jake came and quoted for one of his Daikin heat pumps, the model wanted got good ratings on the Consumer website so we particularly wanted that one. A couple of days later the quote arrived via Emma the other part of the operation. I had a few further questions to ask which were answered efficiently and timely. From placing the order to installation (just over a week), Jake came with the goods on Saturday morning - 4 hours later job completed, all good so far, thanks Jake and… Emma."

"I got a call on Monday night from the tenants living in our rental home telling us that the air con in the living room was not working. When they attempted to use it, it started smoking. So I went online and sent out three emails to various companies I found on Google. Jake called me back at first thing in the morning and confirmed a new air con and installation between 4pm and 7pm that night. The other two companies couldn't make it happen until mid week.
Within 24 hours of our tenants… telling us about the issue, we had a brand new air con installed. The service and quality were fantastic and we could not be happier!"
