  "I've dealt with Laser twice so far and both times they have been prompt and easy to work with. Their charges are transparent and itemised well on the invoice (unlike others in the market!). Darren's workmanship has been great and small things like taking photos of the before and after on the site make a difference. Laser turn up on time and do what they've agreed - that's not always an easy thing to do in the Auckland market with shortage of tradesmen. "

  "I have used AJC for over 8 years, and while they turn up promptly, I have given them second & third chances to either get the job right, or to communicate with me. As a landlord, I ask them to keep me informed of where they are at with a job, so I know how much disruption there is to the tenants, and so I know when the job is complete. Communication either doesn't happen, or I have to chase them up time & again. Not good enough. Time to look for another plumber ... "
