    "They were very poor in communicating with us. I scheduled on a day that unfortunately was a typical bad welly weather day so i received a text on that same day saying they couldnt come, and will text a suitable date/time at the end of the day. Well no text came, i followed up the next day, no answer, but in the afternoon, they came knocking at our door! So unexpected, anyway, not a biggie so they went on with telling me that two of them will be doing the work, so that would mean my voucher of 2 hours, would mean 2 man hours - that they will do in 1 hour. This bloke -not sure if he's cheeky by nature - told me that that 1 hour has started so they want to get on with their work if i will not annoy them anymore! Duh! So the work started, i saw him holding a brush while the other helper, a woman, holds a hose waiting for him to finish brushing - effectively wasting the time doing nothing! They ended up doing less than half the work, which another guy which i can give them the contact details, completed for less than what i paid for them! heck if treatme lets me access the old voucher i can send it to them! So they started 3:45 and at about 4:35 they started packing up. i complained to the registered owner, a certain K Reynolds and he was soooooo rude when he texted back - telling me that i wanted a $500 job for $75, the voucher i paid for. Firstly that is not a $500 job, and secondly they are promoting their company and their services that's why they advertised at treatme, right? and he had the guts to tell me that he is blocking my number. well i have social media to tell them how dodgy this company is - if it can be called a company anyway. I will never EVER hire this company, and will tell my friends about, and i hope they will tell theirs as well, to avoid being shortchanged and be rudely treated as well. Well TREATME - is that how you want your customers to TREAT US?"

    "REYNOLDS advised that only one job could be undertaken in the 2 hours so
    I asked them to waterblast the exterior of my house. This was advertised as one of the services they offered (via Treat Me). A time and date was agreed on. This was for 25 January at 8:30am. On the evening of 24 January I got a text saying they couldn't keep the time and would start at 11:00am. I received a phone call (whilst at work) on 25 January at 12:46pm advising that they could not finish the job and requested further payment to complete. I advised the female caller that I would not be making any further payment, and that it is not unreasonable to expect a house to be waterblasted in 2 hours (2 workers) as per the agreement. She handed the

    phone to a male. He advise that they don't actually offer a waterblasting

    service, so he was unsure what I was talking about. I assured him they did,

    as per the Treat Me voucher and agreement, and the fact that two

    workers were at my house waterblasting at that very time! He advised they only had one waterblaster so could not complete the job. I told him that was not my problem. When I got home from work my wife advised me that the two male workers arrived at 11:50am and left at 1:20pm (1.5 hours). They apparently waterblasted the narrow side of the house and half of the back of the house.

    When they left they did not tidy up and our hose was left sprawled over the

    yard and the wheelie bin knocked over. The male was unreasonable on the phone, would not listen, and was verbally abusive when I told him that I would be making a negative review. He stated he would not be making a refund (which I didn't ask for at any point). He stated he did not care about any review. I ended up hanging up on him due to his demeanour. I have requested a refund from Treat Me as I have no desire to deal with this outfit again. This was a scam.
