The work was completed promptly (even during a busy time of year for most) and to a high standard, with… everything left looking like a brand-new build. He also made sure to tidy up thoroughly, which I really appreciated.
He also noticed a few spots around the house and offered to patch up a few dents and kindly offered advice on sorting out myself in future. Really friendly and good banter too.
