"I chose Allstyles Electrical based on their great No Cowboys feedback, and they certainly lived up to their great rating. George and Michelle added two power points for me and also had to make some changes to my switch board to accommodate this as the existing one wasn’t big enough. They turned up when agreed, took the time to talk me through exactly what was needed and what the options were which I really appreciated. "Allsorts is about as good as it gets. I can't comment on pricing as I don't know what others charge, except to say that if they can walk you through a problem on the phone at no cost, they will. Other than that I have found them exceptional. When it's an emergency, they will go to great lengths to fit you in and deal with your problem, and in my experience, they always do solve the problem. "I always check No Cowboys when I'm trying to find a good service person or company and once again I was not let down. I rang the office number for an appointment with All Styles as my washing machine decided to bust its solenoid (yup- I listen) A really helpful lady answered the phone and said George would give me a call. He did and we talked. George was great and gave me a lot of information on the phone about my washing machine and about my dishwasher. He was great, informative and kept in contact with me over the part my washing machine needed and how much it would cost. On the same day!! he sent a young guy over who was again lovely and informative and got on with fixing the machineAll in all -All styles Electrical were ALL GREAT Ellectrical. "George was great to deal with. Communication was no issue as he kept me in the loop even though plans changed. Things were done quickly while some others wouldn't even reply. Quality of job is good.

The only thing which suprised me was the price in the end.
Although no callout fee was charged, a supposedly 1 hour job took close to two hours (and was charged as two hrs) because of over-friendly service ( talks and explains quite a bit, though could be a plus to some people). Initially didn't think too much about it, and also haven't got my invoice (it arrived one month after the job), I recommended him to my landlord. After that job, my landlord also said the same thing to me, with him spending too much time explaining things and chatting causing the cost to go up.

Also, material cost...initially sent me a bill with approximately 100 dollars of materials cost for just 2 - 3 meters of cable plus some small electrical components. after I wrote a complaint email, another email came back apologizing for wrong figure given due to wrong cable code used for pricing, and an altered invoice, which charges me approx 70-80 dollars for material...which I personally think is still too expensive... (he recommended flex cable when installing, so I went with it.. partially my fault for not making sure he checked the price first since he told me he cannot be sure about how much it costs also.). My electrical engineer friend told me later that flex cable is not really required for this job..."

"These electricians are brilliant. Great attitude, integrity, and they have a 'no surprises' ethic which was really comforting. Reasonably priced service, simple invoice, no hidden extras. The electrician, Cameron, who worked on our house was polite, friendly, professional, helpful, generous with his advice, left everything tidy, and was nice to the dog!!
