"I had a problem with my garage door where it wouldn't open due to the metal arm being disconnected from the building. As is usually the case when things like this happen, my car was stuck inside. I phoned Norm that night about 8pm and he arranged to come out the next day. Fantastic quick service."

"I had a problem with the garage door not opening and called Norm to see if he could come out. He gave me some tips over the phone 1st and I tried them out that night and managed to get the door open but not working properly. So I called him back at 7.00 that night and he was happy to talk me through how to reset the motor and reconnect the door to the chain - all of which worked. So problem solved completely free of charge and I now know how it all works if it goes wonky again in the future. He… couldn't have been more helpful and it was very good of him to be taking calls outside working hours."

"I just rang Norm and he was very helpful over the phone. He just guided me as to how to make some adjustments and it sorted out my problem. He didn't need to turn up! However if I did have further problems with my garage door this is a guy I would ring first."
