We have an excellent team of Waterproofers who are well presented and highly trained to take great care of your property, residential or commercial.
What we do
We specializes in applying new membrane roofs, re-roofing membrane, repairs & maintenance, moss treatment and chemical washing your roof.
We work on commercial buildings and residential housing and provide maintenance to all types of roof leaks.
As AMR Waterproofing is an approved Rubber Roofing Company applicator we can provide a warranty on all product and workmanship once the work is carried out.

Half of the second phase was paid on 16 Jan 2024. Before starting that job, Sean explained he needed scaffolding and invoiced me for that which I fully paid 25 Jan 2024.
Since then, he’s… had issues with his phone, he had to go to Canada because of a family emergency, family came from Canada, etc.
I called yet again on Tue 7 May and he promised to do it on Thursday. Nothing happened on Thursday; I called him on Friday and he said he meant next Thursday which was 16 May. Nothing happened on 16 May, so I called again. He said he would write down the tasks and email to me that evening so I can have a record. Again nothing, no email. I messaged him on Friday and he said he had surprise visitors from overseas. It was his wife’s birthday and the weekend was spent with family.
On 24th of May Fri I emailed asking for a refund. Sean called to say he had been to the property and waiting for availability of a scissor lift.
Made calls again in August and September but each time, there is a promise but nothing happens.
Final call Monday 2 Sep, said he was going to the property tomorrow and will knock on the tenant’s door and update me; nothing happened. It is now 8 Sep and still no word, job not done. I am not even going to bother to speak to him anymore. Am I going to get my money back? I doubt it, but hey I believe in Karma."
