"I was originally impressed with Sean as an apparently competent and organised operator, but unfortunately he proved to be neither, being better at prevarication and excuses than actually returning to the site to fix the leaking problem, the source of which he failed to correctly identify or repair, despite accepting cash payment.
The problem was subsequently rectified easily and quickly (and significantly more cheaply) by another contractor."

"I rated this company 100% for their doing a fantastic job and doing extra cleaning for free to compensate the miscommunication happened with good reason. But Sean is quick to respond as soon as I posted my job. His team did a great job, Elliott is diligent and hardworking. He pays attention to details and is caring about the gutter he cleaned and told me about the issue that needs my attention. I have nothing but praises for Elliot and Sean. "I contacted a number of waterproofing companies in order to obtain a quote to install the specified Epiclad Membrane to a floating deck following renovations at my property.
From the outset I found AMR Waterproofing professional to deal with. Sean Fenton was on time, submitted a quote the following morning as agreed and also advised a potential completion date. Knowing the date gave assurance to my builder who was able to book a council inspection and complete the deck on time.
I cant fault my dealings with Sean from start to finish."
