    "Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. No contact to tell me that the job was going to take longer than advised. When I phoned to find out what was going on, they knew straight away...just couldn't be bothered to phone.
    Then, despite me asking for early advice 'on the day' ...they left it until late to phone me advising it was ready.
    To top it all off, they quoted me without mentioning gst. Legally, to do this, gst is then ncluded...but, oh no, they wanted gst on top. That's against the LAW! I wouldn't use them ever again if I have a choice.

    "I purchased a brand new Great Wall X200 and what a horror story it has been from the start.....I don't really want to re-live the story as it makes me shudder with pain at the thought of my stupidity of purchasing this brand and more importantly from this dealer....Various times I have been back and at 25,000 kms to be told that to run out of brakes was quite normal with these vehicles make me...an ex mechanic feel somewhat cheated....reluctantly they replaced the pads at their cost and then after another set of pads at 35,000 kms I took to local garage who found they had not done the job properly causing the on-going issues and decided to not bother with their incompetent staff....That was just the beginning...blown turbo from brand new...air box hose completely sucked in and destroyed at 35,000kms door handle snapped off from the inside ,radio looses station, constant issues with noise from company supplied roof rack then when they took off they forgot to re affix and I lost a load of timber from the roof, front bumper falling off........and the list goes on....Save yourself the pain and heartache of both the dealership of incompetent people and a poorly built vehicle with no support.....Never again....!!!"

    "I took my Fiat in for a few things - nothing was fixed, but was charged for. I went back and asked to talk to the service manager and instead had to put up with a customer service f**kwit who did not know what he was talking about and still refused to call the service manager. I walked out in disgust. I won\'t be back!
