"Ashley Kirk and Anvil were recommended as one of three options last year when an Auckland law firm where I was contracted to project manage its transitioning to fully online cloud based suppliers/services required a new IT partner. We chose Ashley and Anvil over the others as we were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and relate-ability.

The project was undertaken in various stages from January to March and we were very pleased with how everything went and especially the communication between the Anvil team and ours. The project finished just before the Level 4 lock down and Ashley and his team were incredible in their efforts in those last few days to ensure all our staff was able to work effectively from home. Their support over the lock down period was continual and responsive.

I have never heard staff exude such enthusiasm about an IT provider before, especially while they are experiencing the inevitable upheaval while transitioning services.

I can therefore highly recommend Anvil to anyone considering a change or requiring help with any aspect of IT or associated services."

"I found Anvil Solutions on NoCowboys when I needed some tech support for my home office. Even though they usually work with bigger companies, Ashley was happy to send someone out - Vinodh came promptly, and was really helpful, and, a month or so later (different issue) Ronesh helped me remotely, quickly resolving the problem and sending me out a connector I needed. They were both really friendly and efficient.Each time I have called, I have spoken to Ashley and even though I am probably their smallest customer, he always manages to make me feel like Anvil is my personal IT department and that my job is just as important as any other. When you are self-employed and reliant on your computer, it is just huge to have a company you can call on that you trust, with workers you are happy to have in your home. I hope I don't need them too often, but I am very happy to know they are there if I do!"

"I developed suspicions that my computer may have had a key logger program installed. Feeling rather fearful, I phoned Anvil due to their good rating on No Cowboys. I had never used an IT company before. To my great relief I found myself talking to someone friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring, and clearly trustworthy. Within minutes a technician was remotely checking my computer, talking me through what he was doing and keeping me totally in the loop. In the end, I found the service excellent and extremely good value for money. It was nowhere near as expensive as I had feared it would be. I will be using Anvil from now on if I ever have another IT issue. I thoroughly recommend them. 10/10."

I'm one of those weird people that have IT challenges that don't happen to others but somehow happen to me and baffle most people.

"My issue was serious (blue screen) and it only took one call to experience the standard of service that has me now rely on ANVIL as our key providers for the computer network.
Ronesh, Field Engineer, agreed to meet me off site with the PC of which within a short time he had not only established the fault but also rectified it until later that evening when the final repair was completed with usual speed and efficiency.
