    "I didnt even get as far as getting the job done, after thanking him for his initial prompt response, I asked a question to which he could have responded easily but instead I got an extremely rude tirade ,
    Do not have this man on nocowboys, he is trouble. Previous review that I had just seen are correct it is not a one off accidental angry response. he has not done any work for me luckily he was rude even before we got to that stage, but I would till like to rate him. Please allow me to or your reviews will not be correct. thanks very much and keep up the good work

    "I called Apex Appliances to fix my Samsung dishwasher yesterday which was filling with water and then stopping without completing the cycle. . Mohsen Ehsankya turned the dishwasher on it's side and went straight to the motor under the unit. He immediately diagnosed it as a faulty motor with no diagnostic tools. He said the motor was hot but when I felt it I said it's only warm and wasn't that normal. He said it was not normal. He charged $113.30 callout fee via Visa and later texted a new motor would cost another $531.30 to install. All up, I could have bought a new dishwasher if I was to pay this amount! I could not believe a 3 year old dishwasher would need a new motor so got Samsung technician to come today and the problem was just a loose part when the technician unscrewed the side panel. Simple as fix. Not happy with Apex as I suspect the callout fee is the primary source of their income for not fixing anything and then making up a problem which requires so much money, they know the client would not go ahead with it. Did not realise all the negative reviews stating similar strategy until I went into this site. I'm not sure if anything can be done about it but I just texted Mohsen to say I'm not happy about his dreadful misdiagnosis of the problem. I feel the callout fee was a tremendous waste of my money as nothing was achieved and false info was given."

    "On 18/01/19 morning when I was leaving for work, wife informs me of our Electrolux Front Loader Washing Machine stopping in mid cycle intermittently. Since I was in a rushed, I googled for service tech specialized in this model and came across this company. My biggest mistake not reading the company reviews. Spoke to a guy named Mohsen Ehsankya whom I scheduled to come in this morning Saturday 19/01/19. The guy arrived and went straight to check the machine with few questions like how old is the unit... what is the problem etc... He opened the top cover of the unit and said he found the drum driver belt slipped off.. He didn’t made any effort putting it back or even tried doing so...

    Just told me to buy a new washer..

    I wasnt too happy about it. A hefty bill of

    $110 for only 10-15mins. He didn’t even put back the top cover screws and left.

    No I am not a technician, but thanks to YouTube videos and my DIY nature. I decided to explore it myself.

    I opened up the top cover, tilted the unit and managed to place the belt in position. Secondly I opened up the front loader door and used the flash light to explore inside and was stun to found a garment stuck between the washer drum cavity. Using a long nose pliers, I was able to remove the garment. Wallah... it over 2 hours now and the unit is perfectly working now...

    My advice, do not hire these morons as they turn to take you for a hike....

    "absolutely waste of time and money, the technician has no clue of what he is doing and the statement on invoice contradicted to what he originally said. Very bad to almost none existed communication, don't answer/return phone call and reply text. Spoke to customer service few time and promised will return call, but never and I have been chasing them for days and will continue to do so, am also planning to take them to tribunal. "

    "Scam. Terrible. Over charged for part, refused to install unless I gave him my cc details. I refused to do it over the phone so he hung up on me and refused to install the part. Do not use!"

    "I contacted Moshen to fix my washing machine, he came and said he had fixed it, however it was just the same.When i called him he said it needed a part, i asked him why he didnt fix it the first time he did like that question. I called the next day and asked about the the part and was told there werent any. I asked for and received a partial refund. I contacted a proper service man and the job was completed after two days."

    "Do not use this company. Charges are excessive, work is poor (verging on a scam), individual appears to know nothing about repairing whiteware. Do yourself a favour and keep looking, and this clown will simply burn away your money without delivering any service. Frankly he's lucky that I don't pursue a refund through the small claims court. Rubbish!!!"

    "Terrible service! At first I thought it was great, he got back to me quickly and then was able to come quickly, but the repair (which was very simple seal replacement on a washing machine) cost nearly $500! I then realized a couple of days later, after using the machine miltiple times (hope this hasn't caused damage!), that he hadn't installed the seal correctly, which I can tell by comparing it to the picture of the damaged one I sent him. Sent him a message saying that I needed it done properly asap, I have yound kids who create a lot of washing, and he didn't get back to me. I have since decided to pay to have someone else fix it as I don't trust that he will do it properly and who knows what could happen. I should have been suspicious when I had to help him get the part in place!"

    "Astonishingly poor. My landlord uses these clowns for some unknown reason. The last time they came, the guy nearly burned my house down by rewiring a dishwasher the wrong way. Short circuited, arcing, ozone smell, smoke. I was able to pull the breaker fast enough to prevent a serious electrical fire. When he came back to fix it, he was RUDE about it.

    Today he promised to be here in the morning, and to call when he was on his way. He did neither. When I called him at 1PM to ask where he was, he asked why I was angry, then said he's be right over. Two hours later I call back and he says he decided he wasn't happy about the the fact I'd complained about his lack of consideration making me wait around all morning without showing up or calling and wasn't coming at all.

    Honest: he's incompetent and has nearly killed us.

    Fair: He was still given a second chance.

    Responsible: It would be irresponsible not to warn others about his idiocy. So many appliance repair services, why use this one?

    "Aapex used to be great but have really gone downhill on the service.

    Still waiting for part supposedly ordered 2 months ago. Bad communication and ended up ordering the part ourselves which took about 2 minutes. Now trying to get money back for being charged for the part. Won't be using Aapex again. "

    "Terrible service from Employee named Mohsen Ehsankya. Miss diagnosed our fridge as broken when it turns out the dishwasher was the cause of the problem. Charged 300 dollars to fix a hose (that had been eaten by a rat) on the dishwasher. This then leaked the first time we used it two days later. Which we were informed was because a rat had eaten through it again in that time! Had terrible communication/hard to get hold of. Would highly recommend to use someone else!! "

He walked in looked at the blinking lights on the machine (which had been explained to him over the phone) opened the door of the washer dryer and then left explaining to the tenant that the use of wrong washing powder had resulted in the machines failure. I had to contact him by phone to get the results of the 'work' he had done to which he simply said motherboard needs replacing at a cost of $700. Rather than replace the unit I looked on u-tube and found it was a simple blown capacitor which has a replacement cost of $2 (actually about $1.48). I phoned and explained this to Mohsen (who initially offered a refund if this was the case) he said if this was the case, but he was certain it was not, then he has hundreds of units he had looked at in the past could have been fixed with this simple fix! Moshen didn't actually know what a capacitor was - I sent him a pic but he insisted it was the motherboard (capacitor sits on the motherboard). So end result he didn't refund any money and just out for a quick dollar. I feel bad for the numerous other customers that he has diagnosed this same problem and the money they would have spent on new machines or motherboards. This type of service really makes you want to get in touch with Fair Go! Mohsen is banking that because the cost is just under $100 for this service (of looking at blinking lights) that no one will question his diagnosis or kick up a fuss when he's so clearly wrong, but seriously stay away from this one. Oh and just Google 'blinking lights washer/dryer' in videos if you have the same problem I did which was all lights blinking and washer/dryer not working.""
