Subsequently, he also answered whatever queries I had without any hesitation not only around his reports but also around other old reports that I had in hand.

James answered pretty much straight away (I needed the roof assessing quickly) and was really communicative and efficient around this - plus the qoute was free, which given they had no certainty of work was fantastic. They carried out the inspection and gave me two qoutes, one for repairs and one for a replacement later down the track which… enabled me to make an informed decision! After asking the guys late on a Friday if there was any chance I could get it sooner rather than later. The guys finished it on the Saturday morning and had to me by mid day. Excellent communication. They cleared gorse, worked on the the hard and difficult ground with a rotary hoe and planted native trees. They have continued to maintain the trees as they grow, pruning and trimming and weed eating. We now have a lovely native garden that gives us great pleasure with minimal maintenance.
