"This is the 2nd time I have used Atlas Building Removals, and they are extremely reliable and professional. Their yard is extremely tidy with great stock of quality houses (not like the crap at some other yards!!) My relocation was done in a timely fashion, the workers are courteous and well mannered and they left a clean and tidy site. I can 100% recommend them!"

"APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER / OWNER.

    \"The House Transport company that WON\'T transport a house!\"

A keen customer in the market to buy a building is told \"I won\'t sell you a house. YOU ARE TOO DIFFICULT!\"

Superb initial salesman employee.....rude, unhelpful, inflammatory owner. Disgusted at his manner and lack of professionalism. All I expected was to be advised from the start, and to be notified. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT SERVICE OR ADVICE. THE FULL STORY:- I am in the market to buy a second hand dwelling and to have it relocated to our future site in Kerikeri. Waiting for auction day, still living in Auckland means the easy access to Akld based removal companies. Salesman, Richard, was superb. I knew what I was looking for and he took me directly to each possible single piece move with aluminium joinery. I requested a clear \"estimate\" of relocating costs and a floor plan of the two houses I was very interested in. He said he would email it through. Today, one day shy of a week later, I make contact to follow up as I have not received anything. I am told by the man on the phone that they would rather not transport a building that far, that if I am interested that I should contact ANOTHER transportable house company, have them look at the dimensions on the website and get a quote from someone else. They would only sell ex yard to me for that move. I pointed out that it would have been useful to know this on the day, or to be emailed this information as soon as it was decided. I said maybe Atlas could add this kind of information into how the salesman sells the building. I could have had a quote from Craig Walker Removals by this time, and in the meantime, one of the two possible houses had sold. This man did not seem to appreciate my suggestion that the customer needs such information promptly. When I tried to have him understand that at this point, actively seeking the ideal relocatable house, so close to needing to get building applications into council, that one week delay, and potentially missing out on a house due to slow or no information, is not professional. They should have sent an email or been in contact with me. He spoke over me and promptly he hung up the phone on me. He hung up on a customer. Pretty disgusted at his attitude, I checked the website as instructed to find no information regarding the remaining house that I was seriously interested in. I rang back to ask to speak with Richard - (the orginal helpful salesman, who I had THOUGHT was the owner) - as I felt that the man I\'d been speaking with was too easily angered. The same man informed me that he was the owner and that he did not appreciate being told to how to run his business. I pointed out that there was no information regarding that particular house on his website and would he still email the details to me so that I could have Craig Walker Removals quote the move. His answer His answer was \"I\'m not prepared to sell you the house. Go buy something off Craig Walker and have it moved. I won\'t sell you a house. YOU\'RE TOO DIFFICULT.\" Wow! What a rude, unpleasant and unprofessional man. I hung up, and promptly decided how I could best spread the word on avoiding such an unprofessional crowd. If you are someone who expects to be given the answers to your basic questions like 1) how much - then remember, according to the boss at Atlas House Removals, that makes you \"too difficult\", therefore I suggest you tell all your building friends to avoid them, and go elsewhere."
